What is the powder stuff you put on it? I'm guessing you can use any color? Do you buy your pipe cleaners in bulk somewhere? Takes an awful lot. To buy packages at a dollar store or craft store would cost a lot to get enough of the same colors
it's eyeshadow to make up. I buy pipe cleaners in e commerce
