Never used the varnish technique and struggling to find anything listed as a 2 pac epoxy floor lacquer in the UK. Local paint suppliers can do me an oil based poly varnish. Is this the right stuff??

Some canards are really extreme, example is on time attack vehicles

Whats the best way to cut out the horizontal cardboard piece? I feel like i need a contour gauge to do it. Ive already wasted 2 pieces of cardboard

Rough cut it, then place it against the guard & trace the contour with a marker pen. Cut that out, then position that same piece of cardboard against the guard again, mark the contour again, and cut it again. Wasted cardboard?? Shit - I just raid the recycle bin!

Whats the best way to bend the tin to fit the horizontal cardbosrd piece? The way my body work is its not just a curve but its got a few angles it need to go into. Can u email me? Rhapsheet@yahoo.com would greatly be appreciative :)

Is there any equivalent for famo glaze coat in India?

Regardless of brand name you are after a TWO part clear gloss epoxy - usually sold as floor epoxy or "table" epoxy for making timber tops glossy & tough. Two pack clear epoxy. Just look for that.
