10:10 I really like this story about your grandmother and the corn porridge. Porridge is a seldom used word these days and sadly most people don't seem to know what it means. I like to eat porridge for breakfast. It's such an inexpensive food and it provides energy for hours and hours.
I make cornmeal mush, which is what I grew up calling corn porridge. I know the recipe and several variations of it. Sometimes I will put an egg, butter, brown sugar and vanilla in it, but the basic recipe is just one part cornmeal, two parts milk and two parts water, and just a bit of brown sugar, honey, or syrup for a slight sweetness.
I think that story is the best part of the video. You did a wonderful job as you always do.

Nobody wraps my potatoes in tissue, or serves me a free beverage. I would shop there in a heartbeat. Of course I would collapse from relaxation and deep sleep, but who could blame me? This was divine!❤

A very nice video, a beautiful, very relaxed atmosphere in the shop of the dear hostess. The birds chirping, the calm manner of the saleswoman and you even get great tips on preparation. Even if I have to admit that for me as a Central European, a lot of it sounds quite exotic, but exciting. Oh I hope there were no perishable goods in the shop because my goodness can the lady flirt with the camera and the viewer or can she flirt. I had the feeling that the air temperature had risen by several degrees, but maybe it was just me. Greetings from the heart of Europe, take care of yourself and your loved ones and have nice people around you.
