Over the past week I've been obsessed with watching videos about Norfolk & I can't quite believe that I've got to my (almost) 50's having never been. It's beautiful! I have to visit one day soon & I really must take a trip on a boat. Thank you for sharing this x
Thanks Hannah, I live in Hong Kong now, but I will return to the UK in April for a month and at the end of April. We will do a weekend on the Broads. I have several films of the Broads just go to my channel and type Norfolk Broads and enjoy. Paul
I always watch your videos , nice, your explanations and expression are too good. I pray i need to visit Norway's, may be a nice dream. All the very best wishes .
Lovely video, brings back happy memories of my two holidays, as a kid on the Broads, in the 1970s The first time we went on the Bairnmore, from Moores of Wroxham while our friends were on Judith, from one of the big hire companies The following year three families went, all on Moore boats, as the quality at that time was much better with the smaller company. Our boats were .. Aviemore, Faymore and Claremore. In those days there seemed to be far more traditional wooden boats, rather than the more modern GRP style of cruisers. I would love to go there again
Nice video and very familia. We (my wife and I) live 5 minutes from Dilham and have spent many happy hours in our kayaks on the Broads. Barton and Hickling Broads being our nearest. We did tend to take our location for granted, that is until the coronavirus lockdown. We consider ourselves to be very lucky to live here rather than in a city centre.
I've watched this video many times ,but I was trying to introduce some friends to the broads ,and I could not think of a better video to show them ,because it encompasses so many different parts without just putting the camera on the front of the boat and rambling on. You do it admirably well. Respects Paul. God bless.
My dear chap, ive watched 3 now vidios of yours and by far the most interesting. Very well put together without pop music, im not at a disco so why spoil it with loud music. Be proud my friend, they great vids and make me want to be back again. Next April i will be back , hoping covid has sorted itself out by then as this year we had to bin our trip. Thanks again , best regards , gary
I am from yorkshire. I spend a month in UK every year. I love the Broads and used to take my mother on a boat every year as she couldn’t walk very far. I still have two trips I haven’t edited yet, but in recent times the cost of a good boat was more than taking a Med Cruise and my last visit was about three years, and six Med Cruises back. BTW I have about 20 films of the Broads. Paul.
@@prsw100 I currently reside in Leeds West Yorkshire. The family and I get a boat every year on the Norfolk Broads and we're supposed to go this August all paid and sorted but it's not looking likely unfortunately.
@@prsw100 Do you have videos of your hometown / Yorkshire? I've seen lovely photos of Yorkshire on the internet. I'm trying to convince my mom to take a trip to England with me if we can get her health in order. So many lovely places in England.
James Drabble. The film is a re-release. The original stated ‘no script.’ I just talked over it! That’s the only time I did it that way! I agree with you! Mind you having said that the BBC asked if they could use it! They also asked for another and I did Diary of a Broadophile’

Well fair enough Attenborough had to start somewhere
Paul does great narration in his videos. He's truly talented as a narrator in his films.
