I'm so glad Gravekeepers stuck around. Had a deck back in middle school when it first was around but love seeing how much growth it's gotten since (been slowly getting interested in the game again).
So I have Jowgen instead of Fossil Dyna and I have 3 dogmatika punishments instead of mirror forces. Should I switch that? I like how Jowgen can board clear
I run fossil dyna because it has higher attack than jowgen, though jowgen also works too. Its preference I also prefer solemn judgment over dogmatika punishment since solemn doesn’t target and is spell speed 3/ counter trap. Plus it won’t lock you out of extra deck summons. The answer might just be the meta/ setting you’re playing in but why not a couple flood gates like rivalry/ gozen over the forces? And maybe foolish over a spy to increase headman potential in early game

@@ocscards9 gk chief can brick pretty hard at times if you don’t have a monster or two on the field, plus spiritualist probably a better use of a summon to go into supernaturalist/ fusion in general. I do love the artwork for Chief though, I used to use him in older fun builds . Thanks for watching 🙂
You can use royal tribute if you like, I dont use it much though since it can brick pretty hard during mid/ late game. I do have a copy or two in my binder though - thanks for watching 😉

Same here man, had a GK deck back in 05-06, sold it in 2010, then bought it back in 14’ after college. Had it ever since, good times 🙂

Maybe play cosmic cyclone instead of MST. Just in case you end up playing against toons or another Gravekeepers deck ^^

I love this deck, but its a little slow to start really locking up the field, however once you do its pretty much gg.
Yea it’s mostly a going first kinda control deck
Why you playing Spy? I think the flip too slow for newer formats…
You can play other cards, I just like playing casual / older cards cause I grew up using them, like spy, assailant, etc.
