Cass! Your videos have helped me land my dream job! After searching for a career change for more than a decade I finally had the opportunity to interview for an amazing company. I watched your videos about interview questions and responses and the videos on virtual interviews! I was able to be prepared and have my own questions ready which impressed my interviewers. Also your tips for setting the stage and preparing everything for the virtual interview allowed it to go off without a hiccup and I felt confident the morning of the interview! Without your valuable advice I may be still working at a job that made me miserable! Thank you for doing what you do!
I got the job!! I will be teaching High School now! Your videos where such a big help!!! You helped me come up with some great responses. I was so prepared because you helped me think of things that I hadn’t considered. Thank you! You are amazing!!!
Thank you so much Cass. I used your difficult question in the interview and I got great feedback on the spot. I was told there were 4 interview stages but got moved from step 1 to 4 (bypassing stages 2&3). I was offered the role 4 days after my interview. Thanks Cass
Love your videos, Cass! Even after I got my job, I keep coming back to your channel for great tips, inspiration, and just to see your beautiful face and energy :) Thank you for your work! 🙏🏼
Question: I don’t use a laptop; I have a Mac Mini with a giant monitor and high-quality (external) camera. I have it on the top center of my monitor, which gives me a down angle. Is this okay? I’m an exec and feel like it’s a great angle for my chins, but kind of sets the person on the other side of the screen in a position “above” me, since they are basically looking down at me. I’m still centered in frame, though. What do you think? I have no idea how I could position the camera to be more straight on. It would be in the middle of my monitor for that. Thoughts???

Thank you. This is helpful. I am having a meeting to meet two additional directors for the final stages of my interview to land my dream job ❤
Thanks, Cass, great tips to help me get through my headshot session as well as a voiceover zoom conference after that. Have a great rest of the week.

Love the CM albums without spines. That's REAL.

Hello, do you think interviewing from the sofa is unprofessional? I don't have a desk, home office, or kitchen table.
Where do you place notes?
Good stuff 👍, and some lol 😆
Thanks for watching Mike!
I don't have a laptop. Using my cell phone

I think you’re okay. Your set up is your set up so there’s not much more you can do. Unless you stand? But really, don’t overthink it!
Um, I find the background music very distracting!!!
How do you hide wrinkles etc
Hyaluronic acid and good lighting!
