    I have some questions:
    How deep is the sound box? 3/4 inch if wood broad is 1 inch?
    What if your wood is only 3/4 inch then how deep then?

      From memory I left about 3mm of material when I drilled out the resonance chamber. I would say that is a safe amount to leave no matter how thick your body timber is. I hope that helps!
