I’m SO glad you found it helpful. I remember searching and searching and feeling so unprepared. But I’m a pro pumped milk flyer now 🤣 Always here to help if questions come up as you plan!

How do you sanitize the pump bottles/ parts if you will need to pump more than once during your journey/ flight?

Great video! I am traveling from France to Texas. Do you think the yeti will keep my frozen breast milk cold that long? About 10-15 hours ?

What is the exact cooler? The YETI flip 8 or Yeti 12 litre size???

Can you bring an electric pump that doesn't need a plug (mine is a Spectra 2) on the plane?

100% yes! It’s considered a medical device, so you can take it, and it doesn’t count as a carry-on. Just tell the security agent when you put your pump bag in a bin so they’ll know that’s what’s inside.

I just use basic refreezable ice packs because they last longer than ice in a ziplock. Like this: Igloo Reusable Ice Packs for Lunch Boxes or Coolers a.co/d/7PQY0fD
