You don't need to do anything with the tour or Corvo Black for the meeting to start. If you get the bottle of wine and set in on the table it will automatically start the meeting. No conversations need to be triggered. Once the bottle is placed on the basement table all participants will make their way to the room. But, this route is good if you are attempting to check things off your completion list. However, if you are aiming for speed start at the Shrine, poison the cup in the basement; go grab the wine. Place the wine on the basement table and get a free kill and a poison kill. Easy silent assassin. Also, if you break the wine bottle; all wine bottles on the map are able to take its place at the table.
I don't think you got seen through the frosted glass, the doors were still open from when you deactivated them. There was still 11 or so seconds left before they closed again. Could be wrong.

The wine cellar is still buggy. I played around a bit, and you can alert the guards from upstairs, which will run in circles, sit on invisible chairs but not spot you even without a disguise
The doors were still open when you pushed the guy. Also if you're just getting to this challenge. You have to wait for the sommelier to talk to the guard first.
Tried this today post patch. Can confirm frosted glass now works as intented. However when I was throwing the wine bottle down the hole to distract, althouth both NPC's heard it, neither approached the hole to investigate. 4 wine bottles later I gave up and used a coin to bring the waiter to the hole.
If you get a waiter disguise and have leathal poison you can poison the cup then just sneek into the wime room get the other servers clothes and the special wine and that qill trigger the meeting without doing the corvo part
Great video Freeze. I tried it your way but the game wouldn't even allow me to poison the glass before the bottle was placed. So I completely skipped the bringing the wine via the sommelier disquise route and just took the wine as a mercenary, placed it, and poisoned it after the option showed up. The meeting triggers as soon as the wine is placed when disguised as anyone other than the sommelier so I still had to be quick. This is different from dressing as the sommelier with the meeting triggering as soon as you take the wine as the sommelier.

I got the Ps4 Slim, short on Vision, too dark, and hearing Dialogue, so low I just can't hear, and sometimes the script too little to read. Good Luck
I followed all these steps but when I try to follow the head of security up the stairs it says I'm trespassing and yes I'm dressed as the sommelier, I don't understand
I did,I figured it out though what I did was knock out the sommelier and grab the wine and leave the room all before Diana, Tamara and the tour guide entered the barrel room then everything worked like a charm

Still can't get on the game. Can log into hitman 1 and 2 servers just fine but they're telling me non native American whites only on the hitman 3 servers. And have been since launch.

I can’t get past the guards after getting the 1945 wine. Game says I’m trespassing even with the sommelier outfit on. Waste of time.
If you haven't figured it out try to talk to the guard before the others take post on the door, it shouldn't say you're trespassing

I hated this challenge it’s so time consuming and cryptic when there’s plenty of better killing methods for the target on this map
the point of this game is to kill the target in as many different ways u clearly don't get it dosser

If you exit to main menu and connect to Hitman servers it usually works if you’re connected to internet
