We all would love a personal collection video from all you guys..even if you bring just one from each of your collections on every episode..great way to spice up the show in my opinion..I already love the show..but would add a lot and show how much you guys are into it so your clients can understand the guitar fever we all get..keep up the good work guys..
I never thought I'd see the day where multiple new Fenders were showcased, and none of them were super heavy "relic".... finally the madness is dying off! I love seeing these guitars that actually look GOOD and not like if tetanus and splinters had a baby.
Do you suppose Baxter gave the Grand Poobahs at Fender an earful about their direct-to-consumer business model during this extended visit? Inquiring minds wanna know. Of course, we're not gonna know. But I imagine the topic came up -- in a respectful way, of course. Because Fender holds the face cards in this game and Casino holds the pip cards. Not that the answer to the question is any of my (our) business, I guess.
feel bad for these dudes, the dynamics of the way we purchase guitars and the macro shifts in the guitar maker industry (i.e. pricing mass guitar players out of the known traditional brands) will probably put these guys out of business. there is no more "information arbitrage" (to say in nice terms) for dealers to leverage anymore, and margins are becoming ever so razor thin. hopefully their youtube channel thrives.

I ended up buying two of the 70th anniversary Strats. The 54 and the Nebula Noir Player Strat. Both amazing guitars.
I also have the Nebula strat. I love the pickups and how they respond to different pick sizes.
