I've been sleeping on this game after seeing some promotional material that didn't click with me. But this looks amazing, great animation, unrestrained character design, actual propper furry creatures and I love those S4League vives. It makes me remember simpler, more optimistic times, can't wait to play.
I just realised that the vibe this game gives me is similar to one very old game I used to play called S4 League. I imagine this as the S4 League that was developed in 2022 with a bit of a darker vibe. Looks very good!

if ever this game releases, i could say that this would be my first ever game that i get to experience in its early state. i can't wait to experience this game. i do hope this game doesn't disappoint cause genshin despite the flaws is still an enjoyable game for me and with this much hype, i want to still enjoy this game when it releases.
Tbh out of all the games of Hoyoverse, this one has the most potential. Smooth combat, dope animation, cool and interesting characters and most importantly, it looks challenging which makes a games fun and not boring and too repetitive as you play it. My takes from the trailer: The combat in this game looks like its going to resemble Honkai Impact's QTE system, as opposed to Genshin Impact's limited elemental alchemy system. I think having synergies based off character kits instead of global elemental damage is going to add a lot more creativity and flexibility to their character design choices. I hated abyss mages so I legit used a geo-traveller-comp at one point so I didn't need to bother with elements. Also, I think it's cool to see Arknights' visual elements in a game like Honkai Impact. I hope this game gets a more appealing story than HI3 (I'm also glad to see actual guns *cough cough Arknights crossbows cough cough*). 0:32 - 0:38 Enemies wielding guns creates a demand for defensive classes in a gacha game. If you look at the bullets, they move pretty quick so it could be undodgeable. Instead a character like Soldier 11 can use their abilities to mitigate the damage taken. This is pretty interesting, and it could lead to some cool gameplay. Edit: at 0:34 you can see Soldier 11 takes damage from being shot at, with the bullet splat model appearing above 11's visible body. Mihoyo pls fix. We can probably assume that Soldier 11 deflects bullets after dashing (0:37). Scrolling down, Chick3n also noted that getting hit by smaller projectiles doesn't stagger / cancel combos. Apart from that there appears to be your standard passive and active skills as well as the ultimate with cutscene. Mihoyo back at it again making their animations better. Deflecting bullets looks sick, its probably one of the highlights in this trailer because its procedural and not a cutscene. 0:50 I'm not sure if this is character switching or a multiplayer edit, but the camera jumps backward to introduce Anby. I think having character switching affect movement is going to be cool asf and also more cohesive for movement, it sometimes felt awkward having to reposition after switching characters in Genshin Impact and burst movement from switching could present a skill layer? 0:54 Here's a character switch from [Bear] to [Hammer Lady]. Even though they move during the switch, both characters end up in a similar position which is another attemptable alternative to the above without severely changing up game play. The character switching in this game looks way cooler than teleporting between characters in Genshin Impact. Still no idea whether this game is instance based or open-world. Mihoyo pls. The ZZZ team have done another good trailer. I got too fed up pulling for Amber in GI and couldn't bother waiting for her to appear in shops, so I uninstalled. I hope I can stay in for good on this one.
After playing Genshin first, then playing Honkai, I really don't understand how Genshin's combat was the one that went big, I guess it's more for the story and open world but Honkai legit is some of the most satisfying combat I've had on a mobile title so seeing this has me hyped, Genshin originally turned me off of Mihoyo games but Honkai made me a fan

after the game released i think im the first one who comment on this trailer i want to say .... im happy that soldier 11 is my first S rank i got and i got after 30 pulles only and i got her second time again after 20-40 pulles she did made the game easier for me not only that she also made the game fun for me and when i watched this trailer i felled in love with her
i love that its more of apho joint atk rather than honkai qte or genshin switch. I just like it better when u can see 2 char on field, it would be even better if they also banter and have different joint atk depend on the char like apho but i guess that would cost too much.
i feel like this is honkai impact's true spiritual successor. Star rail is much more similar to genshin. Over the top action and wacky characters, that's the honkai i love. Hoping to see this same energy in ZZZ

Anyway, they will be successfully covering two auditoria. Those who are caught by sexiness in Genshin, and those who are caught by character diversity without that many stockings and tights in ZZZ. There is no need for diverse Genshin characters because it will happen in ZZZ.

i feel like this is honkai impact's true spiritual successor. Star rail is much more similar to genshin. Over the top action and wacky characters, that's the honkai i love. Hoping to see this same energy in ZZZ

Look at that big bear dude. His hitbox should very different from other Genshin characters creating some gameplay discrepancies that should be accounted for.
Anyway, they will be successfully covering two auditoria. Those who are caught by sexiness in Genshin, and those who are caught by character diversity without that many stockings and tights in ZZZ. There is no need for diverse Genshin characters because it will happen in ZZZ.

To check back on this, 11 in this trailer had.....yes.....physics in her chest area, which was removed from the released version probably because it doesn't suit the design of her character and the designers wanted to differentiate the characters

It's not really new. It's similar to the QTE system from Honkai and PGR. It looks way smoother though.
