Because Today was the start of Summer Medley Fair Event and its BUGGED cant do missions... an event that has been run before... and today they also attempted to fix Gear Score Scaling and you can guess what happened A NEW BUG was introduced worse than before "Updated Gear Score mitigation scaling to reduce the mitigation benefit when playing with low Gear Score items. This new formula scales with the difference in player level so the larger the difference in level, the greater the effect of gear score in the mitigation calculation." This is why NW players are looking for ANYTHING new or old to play
tarisland is fun, and has lots of instanced combat. But i don't see myself losing myself in in for long, i dont see myself playing for years like ive played NW. I hope the world gets bigger and character customization gets better and i'll jump right back in :)
This game is not to bad for a game that is also mobile, aside from all the fluff(Over Stuffed UI/UX) with all the random little rewards here and there in the game typical of Mobile games. The combat is fun, specing and building to your playstyle is awesome and the hard mode dungeons are great.
Tarisland is actually fun. Its a polished fully developed game that is in a justifiable release worthy state. Unlike 90% of other games releasing these days.. I think its crucial that you and tricktrick and the other big streamers left in new world move on from main-gaming new world right now. Vote with your wallets and vote with your engagement. AGS will keep serving you shit on a paper plate if you continue to eat it up every time. Time to show AGS you do infact have some standards. Baggins you were the last remaining big streamer in the NW category and AGS will feel that. I know that isn't why you moved over to tarisland and i'm glad you found a new game that is fun to play, you deserve that. But I also think AGS deserve losing you from the NW twitch category because you were holding 95% of the views of the entire category in the current state.
The most important element that makes MMO an MMO is that it is a game that you play with random people. Actually, these were something we played by forming a clan. You said it was a game, it was entertainment, but companies see you as a source of money. This is a new generation mmorpg, that event is now poisonous compared to the past, look, I repeat, if there is the smoothest game today, it is Archage and Guild. Wars 2 but the graphics shouldn't have been like this, these two were very nice at the time, if they are going to make graphics closest to the level of Baldur Gate 3 or Dragon Age Inquisition, there is no way to keep my mmos anymore, companies no longer see you as entertainment but as a source of money. It's great to see more and more players escaping AGS prison called New World. Nw has no end game and the developers really let us down we lost there trust, but even with all NW bugs, bad management is much superior compared to Tarisland, I know nw been out for close to 3 years and myself I don't even playing it anymore. But Tarisland is everything what NW don't like the tab targeting, wow movement and so on. I personally will not compared them for me personally they are totally different games. Also coming from New World I told my friends this game has everything I don't like, poor graphics, way too fantasy like with too much fancy outfits and effects, too simple mechanics, mobile gaming and more. So I really didn't want to play it but peer pressure was bigger and they forced me to play and I have to say I really enjoy playing this with my guild again and the game has definitely some nice elements. So it is worth trying and it will be my main game for now but it definitely didn't had that Wow effect I had playing New World for the first time and I'm also skeptical about end game because leveling was a bit poor reaching max level already after like 5 days casually playing. But let's see how it develops.

Sorry, the graphics in Tarisland look extremely lame and the quality of life perks are outrageously expensive. I'll be taking a hard pass since I'm still enjoying New World a great deal. I've been playing NW since release and there's still loads for me to be doing. Sadly, this video comes across as an advertisement and not a review... and I resent the blatant attempt to drag players away from NW.

Last week we started playing on release with a large group of the community. Baggins had doubts at start, but he joined and we had a blast so far! Every stream has been out of fun and no #AD. I'm happy that Baggins can join in on a colab on a game he genuinely likes , AFTER, he tried the game with decent amount of hours. So, please no begrudge on misinformation. If you don't like the game that isn't wrong either, just move on

It's nothing really. They all need to live. And the new world is such a disappointment. Waiting 120 days does require something else to fill it up. But as a World of Warcraft player for 10 years, Thares is just a money-grabbing game. It's not worth too many words to recommend. Believe me, I've seen plenty of streamers criticized for recommending bad games. MMO games are a wasteland right now. I also tried to find a better game than the new World, but there really isn't one. All this can only be blamed on Amazon's development team is not fit to run the new world!

Now that you mention the top right unit frames, that one doesnt seem to show up here, but you can move the Group window with teammates thats normally top left.

The game is really good and has great potential if they follow this route with perfectly how a f2p game should work with their store/money income. With the game being cross-mobile it can be really good, since many players will be able to do all the micro-managing at breaks or at toilet, stuff that hindering the real-play at evenings when you have the free time. Pros Game mechanics and PvE, Pvp, wikisystem for talent, builds and skill rotation etc. Good store, season pass and events. Cons Crafting system (timegated & beneficial from some paid pass). Copy pasted environment, enemies, characters from other games. A bit poor lore A bit too much AI generated sounds
While the game is pretty good and fun, the monetization explanation you give just isn’t accurate. You can use gold for way more important things that give you a distinct advantage in Tarisland. Buying vigor to craft essentially, buying badges to get the best stats to put in your tier set, among other things. Comparing it to WoW isn’t fair. There are p2w elements but they aren’t egregious compared to other eastern MMOs.

The fact this game lets me fully customize my UI on PC already puts it way ahead of current and upcoming MMOs.

While the game is pretty good and fun, the monetization explanation you give just isn’t accurate. You can use gold for way more important things that give you a distinct advantage in Tarisland. Buying vigor to craft essentially, buying badges to get the best stats to put in your tier set, among other things. Comparing it to WoW isn’t fair. There are p2w elements but they aren’t egregious compared to other eastern MMOs.
The people hating in the game are sheel say what other cc are saying cause they can't just try it out themselves till end game lazy and hating
