OG Benny both work equally well. I use RGB format. As long as resolution is decent, not blurry you will be good! And if it’s high resolution it will be Superb!

OG Benny yes those 3d mockups are using Photoshop. With illustrator you can access and design our backgrounds. Then save a jpeg of It and use the Design Lab online to create mockups there: silkysocks.com/collections/design-your-own
