You can use the flex bar for a lot of the rehab. Isometric holds are the best thing I've noticed to repair my wrist and elbow a pain and although I may not be a doctor. I am data driven and this is by far the best for my myriad of problems. Keep with it. Look up a couple videos too there's one guy that made a comprehensive video on how to use it and you can't go wrong with it.
