How did you know that you had palladium in the relays? Or is it something you check for before getting the silver. Great video can't wait for the next one
Hello frome Norway. I am starting to follow you to days, an hit the button😊 I qess you working whit chemicals in a day basis. You truly deserb many more to follow you😊. Thank you, and take care. Exelent clips you have in RUclips.
Did you add DMG without neutralizing the solution? Could you remove the filtered gold, then do CHL for the silver, then neutralize it and do Sodium or Potassium Metabisulfite for any gold diluted by the percentage and purity of the nitric and once only Palladium remains made dmg? It is a question and if the material had lead or tin, wouldn't it be better to put it there first?
Thanks for your videos. Please tell me should I wash silver oxide AgO with water before adding glicerine? One more question. What is approximate amount of NaOH & glicerine you used in this video to get 111g of metalic silver?
I'm new to this, and just wanted to say, out of the videos I have watched so far, you make it quite easy.. Only thing, like I said I'm new to this, and have no background or experience with chemicals, now I know you said you washed it several times with "hot water".. But you skipped the step on camera.. How would one do this.. And any further advice or tips you might have for a beginner would be appreciated. Thanks
Zdravím vás. Krásna a precízna práca palec hore. Chcel by som sa spýtať čo mam spraviť s roztokom HNO3 po odleptani obecných kovov a roztokom AR po vyzrážani zlata? Mate neaky recept? Dakujem.
Nice. Very organized and clear thoughts i like that. Would you be willing to accept material to process if we can both be profitable. I understand that for the prices of chems it would have to be profitable ill email you some possibilities
Hello, I am Edgar. First of all thank you for your great videos they have always been very helpful! At the moment I have a small problem and hope you can help me with this? I have a bucket full of Nitric solution, it was crystal blue green. Now I have 15 grams of DMG solution to counter palladium! Unfortunately, the solution has only become dirty green and by filtering it will not be clear! What can I do? I would like to win the palladium and silver from the solution ???? I hope you can help me. Edgar
nice video! where did you find those gold plated relays, are there old ones? the rest of the base metal is copper right? 111 grams of silver or silver oxide? cool
Good chemistry work and thank you for sparing us all the unnecessary talk in most videos.
Thanks :)
I like how you collect your stuff in powder and don’t melt right away smart way to get to a nice kilo bar

sir i often watch your video if for palladium precipitation if DMG is not available then ammonium chlord can be used instead which one is better
Hi please make a video about recovering palladium from MLCC’s. 🙏

I like your 3 metal recovery videos!🖒
Thanks :)
Excellent video. Is it possible to seperate tin from the same solution if there is a presence of it?
I don't know this procedure
Hi, very good work! To get silver from silver oxide I use hydrochloric acid and zinc and a magnetic stirrer.
Yes, it's a way (from chloride, not oxide), but silver is not that pure.

uverejnim video tiez rele s ceckom je to hned a 998/1000
Can this same process be use with circuit board peices as well or does all plastic need to be removed first?
Exelent video mate ;)
Thanks bro ;-)

I do not clean the silver oxides. I do not know what quantity, I use as much as I need :)

OK ;-)
You could watch other videos about washing/rinsing - rinsing is what it really is. Type in washing ? Any metal.
cool vid but one question where you buy hno3 or witch metode you using to make it???
Just. 4 palladium something wrong
???
Hi friend, I really like your videos. Dmg Dimethylglyoxime can be used to precipitate Palladium in water regia.?
Hi, yes.
Hi , no I am sure

Dobrý den, ideálně odevzdat ve sběrném dvoře.
Obecnom zbernom dvore? Nakoľko je to nebezpečná latka?
Netuším jestli to lze na všech, ale u nás na to mají "foch" :)
Great videos! Good job.
Why use glycerin to convert silver oxide to metal? Doesn't silver oxide lose the oxygen atoms and convert to metallic Ag when heated?
Pure silver melts better.
I want to ask "what is the bench top made of"? No chemical burns :)
1) Ceramic surface - this is a laboratory table :)
2) Glass
Is it possible to seperate copper from the remaining solution using iron rod?
yes
@@BohumilGraman thank you.
very good video
big thanks
This wouldn't work if Nickel was present in the dissolved solution? DMG will precipitate Nickel as well.
So what we should do to get pure palladium from a dissolved solution?

I'm sorry, but I have so much of my own material that I have to decline your offer.

dmg eklerken sıcaklık önemli mi
Ako vzdy pekne spracovane chlorid nemam rad skusali ste uz kyselinu askorbovu
Děkuji. Nezkoušel, chlorid mi funguje perfektně a s ryzostí >99 jsem spokojen :)

لو سمحت ممكن اعرف لو عندي كمية من السيراميك
@@romanysamir7439 اسف جدا على التأخير بس ما فهمت السؤال .. اى كمية سيراميك تقصد

Yes, very old relays :) Copper is mostly right (some zinc). 111 grams of metalic silver.
nice batch of silver! 2194 +111 = 2305 grams! 😃
Bohumil Graman could you recommend potential sources for relays with silver content this high? Commercial, residential, industrial?
How long have you used gold deposition?
Sorry?
Bohumil Graman I'm sorry you did not understand my intention and I'm sorry you do not want to say how long it's used
No, I do not understand the question, I do not want to hide anything :)

Great vid thumb up
Why don’t you make a real stirring stick. Split bamboo, small plastic or rubber strip and GET RID OF THAT DAMN GLASS ROD
That was a nice one! thumbs up :-)
Thank you :)
Over 2kg of silver. That will make a cool melting video 😎😎
RP- cka?
Taky, strašný mix :) Jak to bylo žlutý, šlo to tam...
Tak to sa mam na co tesit. Dakujeme za perfektne vypracovanu ukazku.
Děkuji za pochvalu

Cool video thanks!

You are the best ;-)

the only thing we can not make , is time , and you just killed / wasted a lot of
Right
you are not perfectly collecting silver.
It's such a cry into the darkness. Try to substantiate your claim.
