What about south Commerce City?

South Commerce City - Your going to find older built homes, older infrastructure. A lot of homes built 50's-80's ranch style homes, split level homes. Although, there are spots, closer to Denver/Centeral Park where you will see new development, thats also close to Dicks Sporting Goods Park where the Colorado Rapids play.,
