For thousands of years, climate change, war, volcanoes, wildfires, earthquakes, tsunamis and so on mean shifting populations and the consequent need for quick or temporary housing. Man-made climate change increases this. A million Palestinians need emergency housing. Again. That means CAF and NATO solutions are really important. As Elad Gil indicates: Solutions to global problems should be scaled globally as fast as possible. CAF may have particular expertise in winter solutions. Who's going to pay? Climate Change may be 80% civil engineering. Exemplia gratia: After atmospheric rivers in BC, civil engineers put everything back together. Did COP28 recognize the foregoing, allocate billions of dollars to temporary housing and civil engineering? Concurrent with COP28 was about 30 trillion dollars, Abu Dhabi Finance Week. How much was allocated to temporary housing and civil engineering? Zero? Rien? De nada? Throughout my lifetime CAF has been called upon again and again. Hopefully they can get the message through.

Hey shouldn’t we worry about having an actual army who’s capable of fighting than having some long haired hippie tell me about sustainable seacans. Our military has gone to absolute shit. So sad.
