- Donald Trump’s hush money criminal trial proceeded Tuesday with testimony from four witnesses, one of whom was Stormy Daniels’ attorney, Keith Davidson. Stormy Daniels is expected to take the witness stand herself later this week.
Trump was also penalized and fined $9,000 after nine separate violations of a gag order in his case. The trial will resume Thursday morning, where the judge will hold a second hearing for four additional alleged gag order violations.
