Then it teleports to the top...
Fighting orange/red mobs is not a skill issue! The game will fuck you. Your spells will resist. Your attacks will miss. They will crit/crush you. Set aside your ego and stay within the boundary of what you know you should and shouldn't do.
For Gnomeregan, if you check, they are already in combat before they pull the trash mobs. It appears they already trained something. I don't recall in the original if you still jump the platforms, but its likely someone forgot to dismiss a pet. They roughly made it into the area that you would soon find the non-pet dismissal train.
nah, agro in that tunnel is whack. you stay up on the left side and stick your ass to the wall. if you go along the bottom you always pull the right side up top, it sucks but they should have known better.
10:34 This is part of the Rogue quest. Don't know if he was on that quest or just went there by accident. If he was on the quest, he might forgot he's got the E.C.A.C (Enormous Chemically Altered Cracker), which has to be used to nerf Polly. If he was there by accident he was extremely lucky to have survived that.
Why does the elevator in UC sometimes work like way faster than normal sometimes? You normally have about 6 or so seconds to move onto/off the elevator but in some of those clips it starts moving again after like 1 second.

I'm pretty sure you hop in and out of layers when entering major cities, and the layering probably messes with elevators in the game.

The mage on the outdoor lift got onto the lift facing a different direction to the direction you need to depart in when you stand up, and just hit forwards at the top without rotating character.
My husband and I play together and we love it. His brother is the one who keeps dying right before level 20 lol. We haven't died yet, but definitely been caught in some rough situations!
The best part about Staysafes clip is that it went so bad, that the pally who lived with him killed his character 30 minutes later, he couldn't live like that.
The pally is the only person in that clip that played well. None of that was his fault. It's sad that he's a nobody that plays with basically the people that controls classic because that's why he killed himself. He needs them to accept and like him. He thought that would get him some acceptance. On another note it's really sad that blizzard has a group of people (frontier) that's only after lining their own pockets controlling every aspect of classic.
@@Lolerstomp nah, there was whole another reason explained on the stream, but in short the pally would not be able to play for the next few weeks regardless and their whole guild was focused on getting through molten core which he could not attend, so he got his fun and killed the character off. What really sucks is the priest that died in the clip was Staysafes duo leveling partner and he took like 2 weeks off the work for classic hc just to die few hours after hitting 60.

To win in hardcore: do green quests, not yellow, not orange, GREEN, Respect the elevator bosses and know where you are in relation to hard world content, and TAKE YOUR TIME. the rest is just farming green mobs in the less travelled areas.

Sometimes in Vanilla the UC elevator would go into severe lag / overdrive compared to the rest of the game , looks like the bugs back, or never properly fixed.
What i realize from all these clips is that overconfidence is the number one killer. Always on their own, always fighting yellow/orange/red level mobs, always in the middle of nowhere with nowhere to escape and mobs all around. Why does everybody think they are better than everybody ? Why are they specifically and strictly playing the game as if death has no consequence ? Is it brain damage ?
that elevator of death is so annoying. there's probably a 75% chance of dying there the first time you use it cause you don't know you can die, or don't know the timing yet. once you know about it you're much more careful and will probably not die a second time. there's also the elevators in Mulgore that take you up to the Tauren village that are easy to fall off too
Not to shift blame anywhere, but I feel like all the dead bodies at the edge of the elevator by the door means something that clearly didn't register with them
9:00 - this warlock's plan seemed to be based 100% on exploiting the rooftop. That's alot riding on two perfect jumps. Especially when you pull the mobs before your voidwalker is in range. Besides the pots on cooldown, he had a voidwalker sac that he didn't use. More importantly, the pull should have been doable using conventional tactics. He was 4 levels above the adds. Burn down the adds, heal the voidwalker, stay low on the threat table and the elite will eventually grind down.
His voidwalker didn't have taunts active, went back to passive right after he bounced, and he never used sacrifice. He didn't know what he was doing, despite all of the setup lol

I don't understand why people who play hardcore don't know the basic rule of leveling. ALWAYS outgear/level the zone your in and only fight/do green mobs/quests it almost ensures that you will never die even if you accidently overpull 1-2 extra mobs.

Stupid as fuck to even try this on a hardcore server, but I probably would have sent my pet in, dotted and tried to jump up before I got aggro. Undercity Elevator once crushed me into Stonetalon and when I hearthed back to Tarren Mill I fell into the infinite void undernearth. Its been broken for years, you hesitate to get off at the wrong time and you will die, or if you enter too fast at the wrong time you beat the door but miss the elevator you will die.
2:00 this mage 100% could've survived if they played even a little smart. They cancelled their Ice Block 6 seconds early, and Frost Nova had 4/5 seconds on CD when he died. He could've let the block run out, blinked, and then nova'd them. Not sure why he decided to cancel his invuln early (other than the typical HC brain rot)

Those boats can be tricky even for someone who's been in them a dozen times or more. Also they have the respawns turned up quite a bit it seems like.
respawn is one thing, going to the wrong exit of a boat in WoW? These boats have looked the same for almost 20 years now.
