Dungreed was so good we got a dungreed TWO!
I've been keeping an eye on it since the Dungreed devs announced it and honestly, from the demo it's pretty solid. The inventory management mechanic is great, nonetheless I still feel like the combat needs a lil bit more.
yeah Beelz, the stats page is such a big quality of life thing in games like this. So many games don't give you a way to quantify the upgrades you get other than knowing its an upgrade from the previous thing. But I like to get into the details of each thing and see exactly what they do, so being able to see that a sword gives you 10% more crit or an armor gives you 50 durability is a huge advantage to me. I love when the dev's recognize the need for the player to be able to utilize that information.
35:50 Oh in case you didn't realize it, your XP is shown on screen, it's the yellow bar at the bottom of the screen.
I've had this game on my wishlist from the moment they said they were making a new game. So hyped for this dev's new game.
Kinda reminded me of moonlighter with how the inventory system cares about position of items

The choice of music, even if just intentionally for placeholder, for the first combat area makes it abundantly clear that They've Still Got It~
I REALLY hope this comes to consoles too! Also when the full release is I can’t WAIT for regular uploads of this like we got for Dungreed 🙌🏾
Looks like they took some of my favorite aspects of Dungreed, such as the visuals and sound design, directly improved upon them.
I do hope it doesn't follow Dungreed to much in the game design department.

ah yes, i love they made a dungeon music that feels like you can enjoy it no matter how much you hear it. As far as gameplay goes, it looks pretty smooth, fast enough pacing but not intimidating (which is good) to feel like you going quickly but not a die in a hurry if you mess up.
Man, that greatsword calls to me, I much prefer dodge and striking personally.

From what I can tell gray is the lowest rarity blue is higher then the one with the yellow corners are legendary

Hey, unrelated, but how do you guys handle with sticky buttons on your game controller? Assuming you don't taking it apart and cleaning the buttons from the inside...
A wet wipe around the button, trying to get into the gaps, maybe some lightly damp cotton. If it's just sticky on its own that should do it. If the actual button is screwed like the depressor is getting stuck I just call it a day and get a new one. I'm not about to pull apart my PD4 pad to start replacing parts.

FUCK YES!!!!!1 Dungreed was my absolute favorite game for the longest time and i watched the entirety of your playthrough of this, i hope you do the same with this game as well when it is fully released! UGH i wish i had a damn computer that could play this game, i have to wait until it either comes out on switch or on iphone because there is no way in hell i'll ever be able to afford a PC good enough to play the game without major performance issues :/
Frr, gotta wait for it to come on mobile, hopefully it does. I'm happy tho!
