you dont need to press anything for the claw to go down. everytime it stopped midway down was becouse you pressed space. its better to just line up where you want it to go down, and not press space at all.
Reading this before watching the video and now I am gonna be mildy annoyed the whole time because I'll know why. I could have had the ignorance of not knowing! Oh well
I think it will be worth it if when you doing a magnet run, try to erase all the wooden shields when you get a metal shield. They look like they get a lot in the way of grabs
Not quite. You need ENOUGH magnets for it to work, but too many ends up making it so you can't grab anything. I'd say the number you want is about 2 magnet +'s or 3 normal magnets. If you go more than that you get situations where everything is in a clump, but things will fall where the magnets fall and if things are attracted towards 2 magnet +'s vs the 1 magnet you've got in the claw, it's just going to roll everything back into the machine. Or even worse. I've had it where a magnet and some items were stuck to the side of the chute because there were a couple magnets on the other side attracting them hard enough that they refused to fall. So they help, but you need to exercise moderation with them.
@@steeljawX 2 magnet + and a regular magnet doesn't break anything. It also depends on the amount of magnet power you get. If you never pick up magnet power then 3 magnet + isn't enough to break anything. If your going infinitely and constantly picking up power then 2 regular magnets works. If your using multiple magnets it shouldn't end up where your magnets don't clump up if they did it is a sign your magnet power was too low not too high. The idea is to have all the magnets in one ball with the multiple magnets the chance that 1 is on the outside is greater.
@@Goose-it I guess not I am don't have the luxury to watch everything every RUclipsr puts out. Also the idea that just because they did it once doesn't mean much. You ate yesterday do you remember what you had? A reminder is also a good thing because it could have simply slipped their minds.
I concur. Any more than that and you'll get way too much attraction going on where you either can't grab anything you need or they end up interfering with each other to the point where even if you do grab something along with the magnets, there's about a 48% (just a WAG [wild a*s guess] number there) that everything is going to either get stuck or roll back into the machine. 1 works, 2 synergizes, any more than that and you're going to be fighting them more than the enemies.
@@steeljawX thing is for a magnet build, the gauntlet is a god tier addition as it makes use of the ridiculous amount of objects you drop to allow you almost guaranteed no damage rounds with or without shields. Honestly feels like a waste every time it gets bypassed.
Hey Blitz! Im a fan of you and intern. I really appreciate your vids especialy after a hard day of work. The wife and I have really been enjoying this series. Can you please do more of this game? I hope you and yours have a wonderful day!
The reason for the claw jerking when going down is because it was in motion before deploying, the top stops, but the claw still has momentum so swings a little. You can actually use this to your advantage with the magnet claw by moving full speed and deploying above your target so the magnet goes further down. It also has the benefit of being able to preferentially pick up things on the right hand side of the magnet so they drop into the chute easier.
Blitz, this is kind of sad. Like Bernie as what he represents is just heart breaking. He's worked the pen pusher job for so long he's lost the light in his eyes and that kind of loss of ambition and desire is reflected in his gimmick. He trades in an aspect of the fun of the claw machine for money. You're on a time crunch, but if you "perform well" you get paid well. It's so sad at how true it is to reality. On a bit of a lighter note, I'd still recommend you trying the hoarder, junkjet, vampire fang, defense build. Hoarder, Junk Jet, and Vampire Fang all can stack so you end up compiling their effects on themselves, except they synergize so hard, the normal fights won't last past your second turn. Vampire Fang heals you for 1 (times however many times you've stacked it) for every time you deal damage. Junk Jet deals 1 damage (times however many stacks you have on it) every time a new item is put into the machine regardless if you or an enemy put it in there after the initial starting fill. Hoarder allows you to put 10 more items (times however many times you've stacked that) in every time you "resupply" at the beginning of your turn. So when you're against those things that add crap into the machine like spike balls or poison spores, they deal damage to themselves and that ends up healing you. At the beginning of your turn, new things get dumped in by the 10's and damage is distributed across the enemies and you get healed for that. All you need to focus on is getting enough block to survive anything that could hit you. Having that as your main strat and then having either a money, strength, or poison secondary would also work. But a fun combo to use with this build is to also get the perk Pincushion (when you're dealt damage a new item is put into the machine times however many times you've stacked it) and the cactus. Cactus base deals YOU damage in turn for giving you block. But you've been dealt damage, meaning pincushion gets triggered, meaning junk jet gets triggered, meaning damage is dealt and vampire fangs heals you. It's a really dirty loop if you can get it going, plus it kind of gets to a point of absurdity on the infinite floors. Having the machine fill up to the point that moving the claw to the right just starts knocking a bunch of stuff into the chute.......Fun times, but also just kind of like, "This is life now...."
You know, Chris Kreider has made quite a career for himself by NOT keeping his stick on the ice. You gotta lift your stick off the ice to deflect shots right in front of the goalie.
At the end, intrest gives about 200gold each turn, every golden gives 2 hp per 10 gold, so thats 20 times 2 per armour so 40 hp heal after each fight and another hp per attack. So unless they do more than like 120 per fight that build heals more after each fight xD Not to mention killing bosses with another boss as overkill per attack :P
I don't really get why he skips the knuckles, yeah it's low damage but it adds dodge and from what I've seen dodge stacks and doesn't go away until you get attacked, and it's an automatic avoid the damage a number of times as you have stacks of dodge.
Mothaniel shields for the amount of Reflect he has left. If you've removed the Reflect, there's no effect. I was confused by that until I avoided doing damage to him one time and realized how his Block works. EDIT: Looks like it's 2x the Reflect; I had missed that while playing.
I forgot one step in my comment to the previous video😅 Magnet Claw, Magnets, gold daggers, hand of midas ^^ With just those in the tank DF made it to 76 I believe 🤔
Giving yourself ways of getting money doesn't necessarily mean you're taking the money route, most routes require more money than you can get from kills alone. Not that it matters here.
This guy not realizing that he keeps pressing Space to try and drop the claw when it's already falling then blaming the game when he closes the claw early.

The heatGun is great for building money, shrinking the golden dagger, making it easier to collect
I'm just glad you're having fun with the game regardless of all the backseat gaming.
2:50 it stopped because you pressed space to lower it right as it lowered automatically from the 3 second limit
Two gold magnets is proper for such a build

If you maximize the build with magnets and minimalist you can clean the board, get 2 strength for it, and then next turn wipe with the junk jet
Yeah, just from this fact I feel sorry for him. Worst is that over-working leads to death, know as Karoshi. It's even more heart-breaking.
7:36 Blitz Gauntlet is one of the best items in the game.
pls pick it next time then you don't have to worry about blocking

this game is so good that it made him tell about his past
The only thing that could make this build better is getting rid of pretty much everything except for the golden daggers, hands of midases and magnets

you finally broke the game!

This game looks cool
Hey blitz are you going back to ONI? Love your content
This game was kicking my but until I finally went with a money build with the magnet dude. It’s so beyond broken, the scaling is just obsurd
