I've tried the oil in all 4 forms myself but I absolutely love the taste of it so I just get the 15ml. I do try to keep the gum and beadlets on-hand when I don't have the oil handy. O-M-goodness, dry brushing is such a great technique to use! I must confess, I don't do it as often as I should but I'll work on more of that this year lol. I'm 10 days down in my 30 day detox I started on the first and I already feel pretty good! My latest class was on the Zendocrine oil and supplement. I'm planning on LLV for my next class. I might have to switch the class to Saturday night this week 'cause I'm getting over the "funk" as you like to call it lol. Hopefully it won't discourage anyone from coming. I really appreciate your practical approach to product use. I'm trying to figure out the "how to" of combining MetaPWR and digestive products like Terrazyme, DigestZen, and Zendocrine. I feel there is an overlap but I'm not sure how they all work together.
I actually wanted to try the powder with NAD but I'm broke currently. 😂 If someone who's on blood thinners "eliquis" or just any pharmaceutical meds they normally say to stay away from grapefruit. That might be a problem. Also what type of Cinnamon is in the powder?

Check with your MD but the contraindication for grapefruit is typically eating the flesh/fruit not the peel (this is where the oil is derived). I have many customers who can use the grapefruit oil but not eat the actual fruit due to contraindications. Check with your Dr.
