Even if you say it is not a professional video, it still contains a lot of knowledge you share, so thank you for your kindness.

You seem like someone I'd be friends with if I didn't live all the way in Michigan. I found your video because I am looking for a way to best preserve the freshness of a product I'm designing. I'm looking for a way to keep my air fried mushrooms fresh and crispy. But everything about the way you think and talk makes me feel like I've known you for a very long time.

Do all regulators support all tank pressures or i need to check the pressure of the tank vs the max pressure the regulator can handle without failing?

Could I ask why you do this please ? Does replacing the oxygen with nitrogen help preserve the rice ? And can you use it on other foods ?

Yes nitrogen gas is inert unlike oxygen thus it preserves food. Just don't use this method without proper ventilation. The amount used in packaging isn't enough to be harmful but if your tank has a leak whilst in a small room you will lose consciousness without warning and die in 4 to 10 minutes.

Pure nitrogen is lighter than air. You need to pressurize the container to above approximately 14.6 psi (this is atmospheric pressure) in order to get rid of any “air” and prevent spoiling. Easy way is to vacuum then introduce nitrogen to desired pressure.
