If they manage to put a Sunwing style mechanic into the remake of the original Zero Dawn, I would pay full price, no questions asked. JUST TAKE MY MONEY!!!!!!
I've been saying for a while when good game worlds get made, they should use that world in different genres, of love to see cosy games in that world, or something like a stardew Valley thing in that world, there are lots of things that could be done in that world
I just finished Zero Dawn 20 minutes ago! I loved it even after 320 hours. It was just supposed to be a time waste since I built a new computer for Dragon Age Dread Wolf which has been pushed back for the thousandth time. Bought it during the summer sale for something like $15. Was a great move!
The played it safe with burning shores so doing something crazy like going to space will most likely be off the table? Or at least that's my two cents...
if the datapoint talking about the "east" is a clue to Horizon 3, then east from HZD and HFW would be east of the Mississippi river across the US. I'd love to see a Great Lakes / Midwest area, but I bet they'd do New York or Florida
Horizon Zero Dawn remake is absolutely silly. I’m playing it on PC currently, so I can move on to FW, and it looks and plays amazing still! Now, I would enjoy an MMO style game in this universe. This has quickly become one of my favorite franchises.
I'm a huge HZD fan, so while the original is just fine, I have no issues with them remastering/remaking HZD and will most likely buy it day one. Suckers like me are the target for this remake. And people who've never played ZD.
I hope they add Forbidden West's inventory system into Zero Dawn's remaster. That alone would make it worth the money because then I'd be able to spend more time killing machines and less worrying about resources.
H:O…I can see how it can work. Work in Forbidden West and you got a huge swath of territories from the Nora’s to the East and Teneaketh to the west with the Carja stuck in between. The only tripping point will be the story and how to work everything together. Will the game have a RPG style leveling system (Horizon really isn’t fully RPG) and how everyone will travel etc. will there be a “job” or “class” system and how they will compliment each other. As for story, I can see it taking place during the “Red Raids”. That will take taking the Carjas out and making them the main villains of the story but can work. If they do it right it could be successful.
They should pump out Horizon 3, use the current enging, go to space, got EU go to the east, Burning Shores proves you can make a 10 hour story with a small continent that's connected to a larger one.
I'm out for multiplayer, MMO and the re-release of HZD But looking forward to the next single player game Sceptical about the series hope its done right and holds true to the lore shame we won't have Reddick he would have been great for the series, you are missed
TBF HZD rerelease may be more of a remake with HFW features like more accessibility features. Also the potential to truly showcase what’s at stack at the Battle of the Alight on the ps5 hardware will also be worth the price of admission
So ive never played the horizon series and was literally headed home to buy the first one and start it BUT now since theres a remastered one coming ill wait lol
Just leave it as a campaign game and continue the story. This is such a awesome game but would lose many of the older players as we don't like on-line games
another problem with the vr game is like the vr glass are what 500 euros or sth, so getting this for a single game is at least for me not worth it and i feel like multiple people think like this
Looks like Horizon is going to be the bread and butter for Guirella Games for a while now just like Assassins Creed is for Ubisoft. I hope they keep the high quality of their games throughout and take time between releases and eventually do parallel launch for future games which seems impossible since PS owns the IP but one can hope.
For horizon three I hope they let us make sleek Zenith style weapons and armor. I'm not saying I hate the whole primal thing but some diversity would be nice.
I hope the tv series focuses on retelling the Zero Dawn story. Trying to pull an Andor or Mandolorian without the 50+ years of development that the context surrounding it would suck. Aloy goes on a journey of both discovery and heroism, they should stick to it to get audiences in
Best casting choice for Aloy in a series would probably be the dutch actress who already portraits her in the games. (Hannah Hoekstra) I just hope NETFLIX doesn't mess it up like they did with The Witcher, adhering to the lore and canon is an absolut must, sadly not exactly NETFLIXEs strength. The setting for the third main game will definitely be interessting, technically we already had all biomes the North American continent could offer. For potential sequels in the future i think Japan, Central Europe and Africa could be interessting to, they offer a big geological variety and especially seeing Africa rebuild by GAIA would be interessting. Definitly a franchise that can keep us busy for quite a couple of years.
Just Horizon 3 will do, thank you. I feel that Guerilla Games are spreading themselves too thin with all this needless, greedy shit. Instead of announcing a hundred new Horizon projects, what they should be focusing on is making a great third main game, because although there hasn't been a bad game yet, the quality has dipped a hell of a lot from the excellent first game. Burning Shores was still all right, but I struggled to finish it. Whereas with the main games, I couldn't stop playing them.
I've played the two Horizon games and have no interest in the call of the mountain, I will keep open mind for the multiplayer games, if they look interesting I will give it a go, if not, I am happy to just end the Journey with Horizon 3. Also, I think the earliest we will get to see the multiplayer game is next year presuming the game is coming out in 2025. I know that they've been working on that game for 5+ years, but I'd imagine Guerrilla spent the past 5 years focusing on forbidden west, and the multiplayer team only recently after the burning shore release gets the full attention of the studio, I have a hard time picturing multiplayer game release in 2024.
Its a bliss to think about they wanna make an netflix series with the horizon games! But I do hope it will be more of an realistically animated series. Kinda like how some Monster Hunter series have been made into. Even if there is a few very good options of people playing the characters from Horizon Zero Dawn/Forbidden west. I think an realistic animation would be better than an live action for this type of genere. There is many live action movies that have done great in the sci-fi universe with great blend of CGI- Tech of cause, however, an animated series like they have made the showcases to the games would be better than an live action and CGI blend. But that is just my opinion. Either way, a watchable series is a relly good idea. Especially for fans of Horizon and maybe for people who haven't played the games❤
Burning Shores took way too long to be released. I’d basically forgotten all about Forbidden West by the time the DLC came out. I never played it even tho I did buy it.
I'd definitely be on board for a PS5 re-release of Horizon Zero Dawn. I've replayed it 3 times since it came out(so 4 plays in total including the first one), most recently shortly before playing Forbidden West for the first time; and I will probably replay HZD again when I replay both prior to the third installment of Aloy's journey. However it would need to be VERY well priced. If they try to charge the cost of a new game £50-70 then I'm not going to touch that at all until it comes down a long way in price, the most I would pay is £30 for a Remaster. I'm also curious about the Horizon mmo. On one hand I love the world and the lore, an mmo in that could be amazing, on the other hand it could be terrible which would be an extreme disappointment. I'm also dubious with the choice of NCSoft to make it, I haven't really liked the majority of the MMO's they publish, only really Guild Wars 1 and 2, which were made by Arena Net and NCSoft have little creative involvement outside of pricing etc as the publisher. The ones NCSoft have made themselves I'm very "meh" about. So we'll see.
Great vid Jor! I'm also up for a HZD remaster, would love a mode in it where you could use the latest tools and toys from HFW and Burning Shores, would pay full price for that.

The east reference also could mean that we'll ne visiting the US east coast
New horizons game sure have new weapons, ammor, new machine
I love HZD so much, I was hoping for a remake. Id love to replay it with the newer Forbidden West graphics.
The played it safe with burning shores so doing something crazy like going to space will most likely be off the table? Or at least that's my two cents...
Home is where Avad is . Home is wherever the wind takes me away. ASH KING
Cant wait for black aloy
Will definitely buy a Horizon Zero Dawn playstation 5 version. Great video.
if the datapoint talking about the "east" is a clue to Horizon 3, then east from HZD and HFW would be east of the Mississippi river across the US. I'd love to see a Great Lakes / Midwest area, but I bet they'd do New York or Florida
Imagine new york holy
I cannot wait for Horizon 2074 tv show to come out !!!!!!!!!!
Guy's not crazy. he's a dwarf...he just Rock and stone'd in the last datapoint!
Have not played Zero Dawn yet. Waiting for the re-release!
Horizon Zero Dawn remake is absolutely silly. I’m playing it on PC currently, so I can move on to FW, and it looks and plays amazing still! Now, I would enjoy an MMO style game in this universe. This has quickly become one of my favorite franchises.
I think a multiplayer game could be cool, but they should def stick with single player in the future.
Yeah
The East probably refers to the East Coast of N. America. Somewhere East of the Sacred Lands.
Any news when forbidden west is comming tot the PC ?
No, I will not be playing on line game ! Hope they come with Aloy taking on Nimas soon, and that it will not be a online game to win !
I feel like you've already made this video befor or??? maybe it's just me who has seen this sprinkled through the several sunday videos
They should pump out Horizon 3, use the current enging, go to space, got EU go to the east, Burning Shores proves you can make a 10 hour story with a small continent that's connected to a larger one.
What games have you been streaming? Recently.
I hope they make a prequel leading up to the end of the world
Theyre gonna cast Hannah Hoekstra as Aloy for the show right...right??
I'm out for multiplayer, MMO and the re-release of HZD
But looking forward to the next single player game
Sceptical about the series hope its done right and holds true to the lore shame we won't have Reddick he would have been great for the series, you are missed
TBF HZD rerelease may be more of a remake with HFW features like more accessibility features. Also the potential to truly showcase what’s at stack at the Battle of the Alight on the ps5 hardware will also be worth the price of admission
Only thing I want is to be able to transfer my original save data to the remake.
The wait for horizon 3 is going to be a drag.
For the third game, they should bring back the Trampler and Broadhead.
I really hope they cast Aoy's Face Actor as the Aloy from the NETFLIX show!!!
You don't think that 5/6 years is enough of time for the production?
Instead of announcing a hundred new Horizon projects, what they should be focusing on is making a great third main game,
because although there hasn't been a bad game yet, the quality has dipped a hell of a lot from the excellent first game.
Hope the tv series they use aloy actor from the game
Lol RIP Guerilla, you had a good run.
That worries me. More doesnt always mean better.
I would just prefer a proper sequel with Horizon 3.
Not a fan of multiplayer games.
1. the melee combat for zero dawn remaster/remake should absolutely be improved
Great vid Jor! I'm also up for a HZD remaster, would love a mode in it where you could use the latest tools and toys from HFW and Burning Shores, would pay full price for that.
HELLO, good video! 🤩
Does anybody know if there is going to be anymore DLC for forbidden West or is the burning shores going to be it for that game?
Almost certainly Burning Shores will be the one and only DLC - same as Frozen Wilds for HZD.
Bruh hzd need a remake ?
They need to remake infamous 1 2 and festival of blood 😭
Bro if they continue with like the zeniths when you need to distruct it
