Thanks so much for showing the circuit diagram. It is not obvious at all.

+1 on the spring terminal dislike. The only time I have appreciated them was a panel that has a ton of low intensity vibration. The springs held the connection better than the screws either because the wire kept flattening or the screws backed off. But that was only one time and I still don't like them. I'm also not certain the terminal blocks I had were specified for use with ferrules because the builder didn't use them, but wow the birdcaging that happens with springs without ferrules will drive up your liquor bill.
I appreciate your series - I work in process control and have a homebuilt CNC but I do so much of this during the week I have little desire to do more at home. Its good to see someone has enough energy to do a nice job. Let me ask, while the wire management is perfectly fine, does it bug your OCD that you cant get the wires to lay better? The internal stress of the wire always tweaks it one way or the other.
Also, you did some work with LUA that I really enjoyed. I would love to see more of that.
Do you have a pendant control?

Impressive design ! Do you shield any connections between components inside the box like between the controller and the VFD or stepper drives ?
