    Some companies express well the company's passion, etc. but yet when a new person joins the organization, it's a complete opposite.

    I see your videos regularly, I have a issue while applying that I am good with soft skills and management skills but not hard skills. Most of the feedback I get is that they found someone who has experience closer to what they need. But most of the hard skills are learnable within a month and nothing extraordinary but at the end of the day my skills or problem solving with marketing and business strategies are needed. Most of my ex employers can hire me anytime but I am in a new country and I don't understand how to convince them about my skills. 😞

    Very little thought has been given to educating employers on the importance of hiring good workers, and showing them better ways to hire and retain good employees.
