Great interview with a humble wise man A question for you please. I have been buying investment property for cash over the past 6-12 months and NOT refinancing them, I’m stacking up the extra profit from not having commercial loans and was hoping this made sense in this climate I was going to sit tight until next year with a low overall loan to value and refinance the properties next year when I see the market drop more Is this a wise move in your experienced opinion? Or should I be refinancing now and holding the cash?

Definitely today's property newbies have got easy access to funding.
