- The full Songs of War Minecraft animation series put into one big epic Minecraft movie!
Years after the Great War, the Voltaris are threatening to return to the world of Ardonia, and only Thalleous is preparing for an attack. He brings the clanless Senn on his journey, who gets a much different adventure than he ever could have planned for.
Meanwhile, two thieves, Jalkar and Grim, have stolen the Enderdragon egg from Etherea. Abbigail, a nearby farmer, tracks down and hunts these two thieves.
And in the forests of Felden, Lucan investigates a Necromancer army with the help of an unexpected ally, Niika, as they fight zombies and undead.

A masterwork of art, it's such a shame it isn't being finished. Maybe one day we'll see a return of these characters, I sure hope so.
It was officially canceled three years ago. Then, the script for seasons 2 and 3 were released to the public. Then, the director (who happened to come up with the idea of the series in the first place) turned out to be grooming a young girl.
Sorry to say it, but any chances of the official series returning have long since turned to zero.

I remember watching this for the first time, 3 days after it released, on my first ever phone. And now, 4 years later, stumbled upon it again - and I still feel the same feeling I did 4 years ago. Excitement, happiness, sadness. To put it short, 4 years later - and it’s still a true masterpiece.
This is definitely the most incredible animation I have ever seen... I wish you would make the season 2 if it was a little chance of it :(
It is still possible though maybe... A lot of complicated things happened to the community last year, i feel bad for the victims of what the director did, though a lot of us still support songs of war and are still hoping for season 2 with the new community, they also have a big new project in progress lately which Mattsquared stated that it's also kind of similar to songs of war, i hope their future projects won't be cancelled anymore and get more attention for them to continue it, i miss Songs of war i really do and i still have hope for it.

Even if Black Plasma Studio has pulled the plug after one season and has now converted to square media still making amazing Minecraft animations, Songs of war has a Season 2 and 3 thanks to the fans of the show. 😊❤🎉 Even now i still watch this movie because it’s the best one I adore a lot.
Songs of War is by far the best Minecraft Movie in the world, with amazing and smooth animations, rich lore, well-done colors, and so on. It is such a pity that it has been discontinued. I hope Squared Media can make the wise choice to continue the works on Songs of War, for if this movie has acquired already nearly sixty million views, then when the next Songs of War movies will be released, they will not only gain a similar amount of views, but will also spread word and popularity of this epic movie. No other Minecraft Animation Studio is as perfect and unique as Squared Media, and they have so much potential to finish the masterpiece that has been waiting three or four years to be complete.
Again, it has potential beyond imagination. It need not be said that it has a well-written script, that it has magnificent soundtrack, sound effects, story, lore, and so many more things. Songs of War has a huge fan community, and they would explode as soon as they found out Songs of War is coming out with the rest of its official series.
When I read the entire script, I almost fell into tears, one of the very few pieces made by mankind that I have found to do so. The movie used to give me goosebumps whenever I started watching it. But, knowing that it is currently not continued, it now fails to do the same to me.
I still feel tingles in the most epic parts of the movie, especially the end, where the climax breaks the atmosphere, but it now only disappoints me that it is only the end of a story with two more seasons that has already been plotted out.
May Squared Media make the wise decision of bringing a continuation to this unique, beautiful, and masterfully made series.
Songs of War is the BEST, most epic animation I’ve ever watched! I’ve supported this incredible series since the first episode was released and have always felt an attachment to the story and its characters.
It’s just incredible and nothing can replace it.
Thank you so much to the creators of this animation! It may have been canceled, but it will always have a place in the hearts of everyone in the Songs of War fandom. :,)

Still to this day, whenever i watch Thalleous's death, i feel like crying..
This was one of my favorite animations back then, because of the storytelling. At the time, this was at its peak of popularity. Coming back to it feels weird to me, like nostalgia.

Why do that when you can watch it at home? Black Plasma Studios would probably pay Minecraft a huge percent of the money, You would have to leave your house in the middle of a pandemic, and you have to pay for movie tickets. Not to mention ALL MOVIE THEATERS ARE CLOSED!!!

I am watching this a second time now that I have more of an interest in Minecraft. This is amazing. This would have taken a very long time and I appreciate the effort.
I've rewatched this quite a few times now. I love this movie and it qill always be my favorite. The storyline is amazing, and everything about it was so appealing. This is such a masterpiece. It is quite sad that we can't have the second season due to the circumstances explained a year ago, but I hope one day, this series could be revived and we could finally get the second season, even though the chances are quite slim. The best minecraft movie by far
No idea how this got in my recommended, but oh man does this bring me back to the old times. The imagination in this story is a prime example of what childhood minds could create, only this was actually brought to fruition, with an extremely impressive performance. The setting in Minecraft gives me nostalgia, as well as the old rpg style with medieval monsters, factions, magic and the like. This piece really is a gem, one that I’m happy to have come across by chance to remind me of the great imagination that has unfortunately faded somewhat in recent years. And best of all, I haven’t even seen the climax in season2, my luck I found this afterwards.
This is what a minecraft movie should feel like. Enthralling, adventurous, mysterious, thrilling, with a sprinkle of emotion

I just learned something new about Magnorites;
"Magnorites aren’t organic. They begin as simply an ore-like block. When mixed with lava, they are “born.” They run on the lava energy which birthed them and runs through them. Because of this, they do not sleep nor eat, but they burn through their lifetime very quickly and tend to live only around 15-25 years."

Igneous died bravely when he detonated the TNT too early so the tnt couldn’t be blown up on top of a city. He later got a mountain named after his brave sacrifice.
@@main8824 I know. (spoiler) Igneous' death may have been brutal, but he did save the city of Phaethon from destruction and helped end the conflict between K'arthen and Cydonia. Easing the oppression of Magnorites as well like he always wanted. He will be missed, for the positive and cheerful little guy he was, but I'm glad he'll be remembered a hero

@@main8824 Yeah I loved reading the script (twice), it was an emotional rollercoaster at times but a very well written story. *spoiler*
One scene that stuck with me the most was when Pyhtus told the Deathsinger he knew about his plan to overthrow Nether troops at Hailstone, and the massacre that followed... Or when Senn received Voltar and got flashbacks of Ingressus' tragic backstory and his final lines. Or when Achilleon suddenly fell over dead and the Tidesinger was gone... I could go on for hours :p
