It sucks to be the smartest person in the room. And then there's a dude that can't take the fact that the smartest person hurt his pride in the first sentence and he was trying to one up her the REST of the pod. Sheesh

The way they tried to belittle and disrespect this woman is bananas... To say "we know you picked up a book damn" or to look a woman in the face and say "talk more like that and you can land a man like me" BEING THE WORST KIND OF MAN THERE IS 😂 I'm glad she stood her ground and ate them up every single time

This podcast is the most unorganized trash I have ever seen. Please do better. Nina is the best one and no one was on her level and she wasn't about to dumb herself down (as she shouldn't) from all 3 of ya'll.
This got to be some incel podcast cos how dare ya'll try to check Nina and tell her to be softer when ole dude in orange shirt was coming for her with the tired incel lines and not checking him.
Smh she need her own podcast.

Only watching for Nina at this point. I hate how they try to drag her down because she carries herself better. What a great example of crab mentality while watching a podcast titled “ Being Black is Ghetto”.

He was her biggest fan 😂 his last resort was cracking “jokes” and insulting her…meanwhile, she was full of KNOWLEDGE and edified everyone…it’s really sad that most of his comments were just emotional reactions to her…he gave her so much power by constantly shooting below the belt

Nina is literally so intelligent and trying to educate and yall hating bc she dont pat u on the back n say good job. She bringing real knowledge to the community and yall fr mad, black shirt talking abt some "we get it u read books" just to turn around n support the idea that black ppl dont do enough research; when she sitting there AS THE RESEARCH. Lmao yall just tryna talk abt the same old arguments and keep the same old opinions, yall half the problem why the black community is stuck. Yall fr wasnt listening when she said "black ppl dont know past we were slaves and now were free" bc yall just regurgitating the same old thoughts waiting for an applause. Keep doing ur thing Nina, dont back down and keep educating these people. Like its said, the hardest thing isnt to teach someone but to convince them that theyre fooled. Love to hear what u had to say girl, continue to eat them up. And pink dress really was disappointing to shrivel up next to her like that smh.

14:15 I really like Nina she’s smart and beautiful. They have been throwing shade since she started talking trying to “humble her” n it didn’t work. This my first time watching this show but the guys don’t seem mature. I was enjoying what she was saying so much untill the guy in the black said“ alright we know u pick up a f’ing book 🥷🏿 dam” (she’s the smartest in the room n they can’t take it).. N the other one says “ if you talk like this more you’ll get a man like me “ like what?? 🙄🌽🌽… oh not to mention the one in the black also tried to call her mid in the beginning soo uncalled for like sir let’s not talk about looks

Nina should have walked off this podcast. Letting that orange shirt be so abrasive and obnoxious towards her was not necessary. Not a single person sitting there was on her level educationally. This is a terrible podcast. And the black girl in the pink dress who was laughing and think it was funny how they were mean to her is the biggest pick me and part of the problem.

As a nigerian(born, raised, and still living in the country), I understand and agree with nina when she said if you're going to date outside your community, then try other races as well. You might think people in Africa understand black Americans, but oftentimes, that's not the case. Many Africans value white Americans more than black Americans. And a lot of Africans can't relate to black Americans.

Most Africans don't have the same struggle as a black American. A lot of Africans do not consider African Americans as part of them

The fragility of egos in this video. Let that woman cook. Nina came open, honest and willing to educate. Interracial dating does not make you less pro black. And the guy in the orange continued to be dismissive, childish and very hard to want to watch. He kept calling her names and accusing her because of her opinion. Stay on track. The fact that he tried to downplay her and up himself is mind boggling.

  • @sweetie3712

After watching it all the way through my take on it, Nina is smart & very knowledgeable about black history. But knowing all that she knows & not date within the black community is a complete oxymoron. You can’t be pro-black & not date black, bc to date black means to continue the process of blackness & black communities & black offspring. Also, I agree with Pat, you don’t have to be combative to state your points. I get it, black women have to be strong in every area…but everyone isn’t out to get you. And to the guy in the orange shirt, sir you did ENTIRELY too much & your ego & your past trauma was showing. Heal so you can view strong women differently. Towards the end I begin to respect you more bc your approach was more human & not demonizing.

I couldn’t sit there and take any of the disrespect and cheap shots from the both of them. She was very difficult to converse with, since she stuck in her ways. You can’t have a conversation with anyone who doesn’t have an open mind.
