      +Supman1 yeah man. then years later he's now strong af and buffed and can do one arm human flags. we dont see him anymore though cause we only met one time and helped him out. he then looks back when he was noob lvl 1 and remembers us helping him out. he then tries to find out where we are to thank us but then realised we died of super hypetrophy our muscles are too big and explode then dieded
      he visits us everyday to remember us for helping him out and leaves protein shakes at our grave everyday :')

    If you're struggling with any muscle-up, pay close attention to the swing of the body and the timing of the explosive pull. There's a very slight swing to the body, so after swinging forward, and JUST as you start to swing backwards, you explode into the pull. The momentum of your body swinging back (while under the bar) is translated into swinging you OVER the bar as you accelerate upwards, which will make this motion much easier.

    Hey man, I want to start working out, there are so many informations that make me confused, I want to experience by myself what works better for me.But I don't know how to keep track what's better.
    What notes should I take ? How much weight I'm increasing, how much I'm growing ? I will grow more on the first months, should I consider taking notes on growth only after some months ? Something that I'm confused too it's about the 3 days vs 5 days.

      try everything, and then chose what you want to do if something is most effective for your goals but you hate it it won't do you any good so do research and do what you find enjoyable

    I have a problem with my workouts and was wondering if anyone could help:
    Basically I'm trying to work up to a one arm pull up (and just a generally stronger back). As part of this I am doing weighted pull ups, I weigh 71kg and am adding 21kg of weight and am doing 6 reps (the 7th rep would be failure) and resting around 4 minutes between sets.
    The problem is, I don't seem to get tired. People say you should do around 5 sets, but after 5 sets I don't feel tired at all, so I usually end up doing around 13-15 sets (which becomes very time consuming) which by the last few sets, I will only be able to complete 4/5 reps in a set. Even after that I don't feel too tired and only feel a little sore the next day. I'm fairly new to training (I got most my strength from bouldering, so maybe this gave me a strange amount of endurance) and was wondering if there was a way to sort out my workout so it's less time consuming.

      I do the same, I have similar background, only with a shovel, and me too. What's the problem?
      And I am progressing towards OAC fast, as far as I can tell. I started training 3 months ago with 1.5 chins up 1 pull up in row, and progressed to 30 and 25 thus far. I seem to have been gaining weight meanwhile. I go till exhaustion few times each day. That's all. Each time it's under a minute I think. I do no warm ups no recoveries. I can descend on one arm slowly, but I cannot yet hold myself upright, nor pull myself up without any help from the other arm.

      @JamesSmith-hq4mx 2 года назад

      try static holds for Strength training you could do flexed arm hangs and add weight as necessary to keep it challenging that might tire you out faster alternately try resting less say 2 minutes instead of 4 minutes or whatever works for you you also could do different types of pull-ups for example archer/ L-sit pull-ups

      +Angry Dad Trust me, this is not easier one bit. I can dead hang muscle up no problem strict form. I can't even rotate my wrists doing the chin up muscle up. This is insane. I think I'll start training for this tonight actually. ^_^.

    • @thelotus8285
      @thelotus8285 8 лет назад +2

      +JojoushiPWI how long did it take for you to do a simple muscle up?

    • @JojoushiPWI
      @JojoushiPWI 8 лет назад +1

      When I actually trained for it it took about 1.5 months. Fully strict with no swing and momentum took about 6. I have no idea how long it will take for this chin up muscle up, though my explosive chin ups are already VERY high. I just need to get the wrist rotation down ^_^

    Now what's next? do a supinated grip one arm muscle up. After that? Supinated grip one arm impossible muscle up(slow, no momentum). After that, take a finger off one at a time, until you can do no finger. lol
