@@copperridgegrow3940 Year later here but yeah, original Morris was from 1969, died at age 19. Second Morris was around in the 80's. That's the extent of my Morris lore knowledge, got all of it from this one video actually.
Morris was always my favorite cat as a kid. I’m so glad those shelter cats were treated so great. Every cat deserves a great life! From the time I could walk I loved cats, we had a dog, but I wanted a cat! Mom said daddy doesn’t like cats, I got a cat! I remember every year 9 Lives offered a Morris Calendar, we always had one on our wall.
I named my Morris after this 9 lives commercial cat...and he doesn't even like that cat food brand... He hates it... Will go on a hunger strike when I try to feed it to him. Talk about finicky eater!

Dang, he is chill if he's hanging out on the mezzanine in a moving car like it's nothing, most cats would be screaming and freaking out in a car like that. People actually wrote letters to this cat? YES we had a LOT of time. So why were we always trying to "save time"? Looks like we had far TOO much to write to commercial advertisement cats, dang.
Morris is cute because he has the round face of an unneutered adult male before he was neutered. When male cats get neutered before they are fully grown, they have smaller, triangular faces similar to female cats.
The Morris cats are so cute... so nice they used rescue cats and gave them wonderful lives.
