Tried making it on this Sunday afternoon. And boy it came out quite delicious. Almost matching with puja bhog, obviously I fell somewhat short on that...😁... Need some more practice to reach that state. Cauliflower florets were quite stubborn getting properly cooked. May be I did cut'em a bit too big, that's something I have to check again. But apart from that the main stuff of khichdi came out pretty well. Was able to bring out that aroma. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Just a guy from Kansas here, but I was able to follow the recipe without understanding much of the Hindi. My kichiri turned out pretty good!
I used toor lentils so it turned out a little crunchy
