Pierce was pretty horrible too. I think they extended scenes in the credits. That cutaway was just so unexpected. He looked so happy, I’m surprised his soul didn’t shoot out the window.
i love the moment where he kicks the guy out the window. this is where we see the transition from the depressed brooding "i hate myself" angel, to the baddass action hero. the angel who slaughters demons and then says funny one liners, the confident and outgoing and charming one. i love how his character changes in this show. he is a great main character and a compelling and interesting hero, he is way better on center stage than as a depressed side kick or buffy's lover.
Jareth The Goblin King I think it’s a shame, she never apeared on Buffy again, especially after she became part demon, would have enjoyed to seen Xander’s face finding out that yet another girl he dated was a demon.
It would have been really interesting to see an evolved cordelia on buffy...plus if angel and Cordy were on the same Buffy episode it would have been really cool to see buffy and co. react to their friendship.
Doyle was one of my favorite all-time characters, and I loved the Doyle/Cordy pairing. I always held out hope that they'd bring Doyle back, right up until Glenn Quinn died. Nine episodes weren't enough!
I think one of my favorite scene's in season 1 was when Cordelia was pregnant with demon babies and drank the blood Angel had in his fridge and he was completely grossed out and it was so funny.
He wasn't drunk, he was playing, casing the joint for vampires. That's why he got up straight after to go after them before they killed the pick up girl.
They didn't say vampires can't get drunk. They just said it took a helluva lot more booze than it would for a human. There are many scenes where Spike is drunk. If I recall correctly, Spike was complaining about the teensy alcohol bottles on the airplane, saying they couldn't get him drunk.

They wanted to bring Doyle back. Joss and Glenn were in talks about making Doyle a big bad but Quinn died before anything could happen.
Doyle is probably my favorite in all of tv or movies, he plays that character superbly, he had an ever lasting effect on me, really miss the guy!
