It is a great one of a kind product for getting financial success without the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my m8 got great results with it.

Well if they have an agent, we cant "actively" pursue them. But they did walk into "my" open house so....they kinda started the conversation. I just ask them "What's going on with your agent that has you shopping alone?" Then take it from there.

I’d say give 48 hrs maybe a week depends on the clients you wanna give them enough time to think it over so you don’t seem like your desperate but also so they don’t move on or think you ain’t reliable or dedicated enough it’s all in the follow up and the way you come across

Getting ready to buy. I have spent all my money in Postcards, lead capture programs, Zillow, radio shows about real estate... and got zero transactions. My sphere is too small three people. I was a single mother who worked around 70-75 hours a week to be able to raise my kids and I did not have time to make friends. I have been in real estate for almost three years and not a single transaction. What am I doing wrong?

I have not seen any FSBO in my neighborhood at all. I am using FB, Instagram, Linkedin, since I have no money I paid around 10 on weekends with FB.

Let me ask you this...how is your selling? Can you convert a lead over the phone? What about an expired or FSBO?
