Hi, thank you for this valuable information. I want to know, what is the Minimum amount of money to put in my block account, and will the money be given back to me if I arrive in Belgium?

Thanks for watching! The money in the blocked account depends on your university. It’s usually between €750-€950. My university requested €950 per month x 12. The money is given to you when you arrive but not in bulk. Instead a certain amount is given to you every month. E.g. if you put €750 x 12 (€9000) in your blocked account, you’ll get €750 every month for 12 months.
