That was quite the reclamation of that lawn. You are like a dog with a bone getting rid of that grass x4! Wow!! You really have great work ethic and attention to detail. Look forward to the next one 😊!
It's funny - I actually never looked in the back yard when I offered to do the job. HOLY COW was I surprised when I first went back there...AND realized I had to push-mow it. It was hay for sure!
❤ Hey BUDDY, Great job on that WILD YARD of GRASS BUILDUP, OH, Love the shirt 👕👕 attire, pretty funny 🤣😂🤣 , I would say to whoever did or is purchasing that house 🏠🏡 or yard, whatever, , I would do ONE of 2 things, either get a 35 inch cut I think riding mower that fits through the gate OR Make SURE and RESET the Gateway so you could get a Bigger Riding Mower into that backyard, even when it's under control, that's a pretty Sizable Yard to push mow, that's just my own opinion, but if you want to get it done faster and also that grass looks pretty thick and healthy, just depends on the person, but I wouldn't want to push mow it 🤣😂🤣. , anywho, turned out AWESOME ❤ CYA SOON NEXT TIME, BE SAFE and OFCOURSE KEEP CUTTIN IT UPPPPP BROTHER 🔥🔥🚜✌️👍🌞☀️😎
I’m a little behind because I just found your RUclips channel. Holy mackerel you need to get a hold of the company of that mower and see if you can get some kind of a advertising contract cause that thing is powerful. How much horsepower is that little outfit? And you deserve a big cookie !! 🍪
Actually it looks like the homeowner really did maintain that yard, the grass and landscaping are very nice! Just needed you to swoop in and bring it back to it's former condition! Very nice of you to transform it for the neighbors and new homeowners! That looked like very hard physical labor pushing that mower in that big yard! Four times!! And you raked up the clippings! Hope you get some compensation for such a huge effort! Bravo to you!!
There was a video series called "Unsellables" that mentioned several topics. On exterior presentation a few were: 1) The first few seconds of seeing a house makes the difference on whether someone will stop or look. 2) It should be repaired and neat and hopefully with an accent. 3) People want a house they can walk into, not repair. So, your work was vital in potentially helping with a sale. The sense of order and neatness gets through and the detailing made it sharp.
I'd like to suggest something that I've seen on other mowing channels that would have saved you with all the work you put into this back yard. When your mower doesn’t fit through the gate, what I've seen other guys do is go to the chain link beside the gate, undo the 3 bolts to the section of chain link, push their mower underneath, do their mowing & when they're done just put the 3 bolts back on, & ta da you're done. Would save time & the wear & tear on your body. Great job! ❤
Nice job, UNMD. Nothing like looks and smells as good as of a freshly groomed lawn !!! I hope the realtor thanks you big time !! 😄❤💋 ( I can throw you a kiss, cause I'm 80 years old) ( I can even call you "hun"!!🥰)
Skuller- I hope that the realtor paid you. If not, they need to! Amazing transformation. 👍🏻👍🏻 The new owners should really appreciate your hard work. Cheers
Never figured that mower would have went through that thick grass! Pretty tough little mower!!😊❤🎉 That's why them other ones didn't mow it, they seen they couldn't fit the rider through the gate and they weren't going to push mow it!
I know I'm a lil late but man O man, I'd sell that toro zero turn & get a Toro 32in grandstand, It's a lot more convenient... That's just me though. Great job btw 👍
I hope you sent them a bill. You earned it. Your business, I know. But if they sold the house because of you they should pony up. Great job and technique.
I'm willing to bet that the realtor's lawn company didn't do the yard 'cuz they couldn't use a riding mower. You've done the homeowner a real favour - to me an unkempt yard speaks to the condition of the house itself. Prospective buyers would see that and drive on past. You did such a thorough, meticulous job putting it back in order! Terrific result!
💜 Great job! Answering your question about sharpening mower blades I would find it interesting. As a widow I try to be informed on things I’ve never had to before. So I can either do it myself or at least be knowledgeable and not get ripped off. I would enjoy before and after. How to remove them. How many times can I (or someone) sharpen a blade…
Perfect! Thanks for letting me know. It's actually much easier than one might think so you could do it easily. I'll get that vid out at some point. Thank you.
Massive job not many would take that on , just a tip if you put a Taup on vehicle base or trailer then load grass , it’s much easier to pull taup and grass off in one go and leave vehicle tray clean
Your dedication to this task is truly admirable. The work you’ve done is outstanding, though it’s hoped that a simpler method can be found for the backyard tasks to prevent exhaustion or potential injury. The final outcome is a testament to your efforts - everything looks absolutely stunning. Your hard work is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I would hope the new owners would make the gate wider so they can get a riding mower back there. Otherwise it's going to be a long walk every week. Of course if they keep up with the yard it should be an easy walk behind a mower.
I've been wondering before, but after watching this video, I just had to ask. Do you ever save any of the grass clippings or leaves for a compost bin at your house? It would be good fertilizer for your raised garden that you have, as well as any landscaping stuff you would plant around the house. Just a thought
It's a good thought. No I don't keep any of it. I suspect I'll have more than enough just from my yard. I've started a pile on the ground from many of my squash rotting, so I may have to look into a compost bin. My wife wants one too.
@@UpNorthMowingDude do some research on it before you jump into it. It's a lot of work to keep turning it over in the bin to keep things going. I can't believe you have time to do what you do.
Lets hope the realtor didn't pay someone to mow then have that yard as a result. Actually, it kind of looks like the front yard grass was shorter than the back. Congers up th possibility of the paid mowers doing only the front lawn and skipping the back.
That was quite the reclamation of that lawn. You are like a dog with a bone getting rid of that grass x4! Wow!! You really have great work ethic and attention to detail. Look forward to the next one 😊!
That's very nice, thank you!
Great job especially with a push mower 👍👍
Thanks.
Sounded like some music from Game of Thrones. I like that. Beautiful job. That final mow in the back at the lower setting made it pop!
Thank you!
Absolutely amazing job on this yard, looks incredible !!!!! 🙌✨🙌✨🙌
Hi there Carol, thank you!
That job that you did made that house look great. Amazing back yard work. God bless.
Thank you Dyana!
Be careful Mr. Mowing Dude! Glad you didn’t break your ankle ❤
I'm glad too! Thanks.
Good job. 👍 You didn’t know you were going to do some first cut haying. Thank you looks nice.❤

And you deserve a big cookie !! 🍪
What a great job. The realtor owes you big time.
Thank you!
The other guy most likely didn't do it because he couldn't get the rider in there. Looks like a different house. Great Job!
Thanks!
Awesome job!!💯👍👍
Thanks Alice.
So much better. That backyard was a tuff one. But it looks good now. Way to go.
Thank you Kay.

Some thoughtful person purchased those bricks in the rear yard to have a place to put out a charcoal or wood burning grill!
WOW Great job
That was A close call. Great job
Skuller-
I hope that the realtor paid you. If not, they need to!
Amazing transformation. 👍🏻👍🏻
The new owners should really appreciate your hard work.

Thank you. I think he will. All good.
Most of comments are correct because all new owners want move in ready and the lawn is first thing seen!
Dude that was crazy- Good job
Great job on that bad thick backyard grass, call your push mower brushhog Jr 😂😂😂😂❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉😊

Nice job. You make us all old men look good in the garden.

I really like that you explain why you're doing certain things and appreciate the 'behind the scene' footage☺
Excellent, thank you for that!
Fantastic!!!!
Thanks Brenda!
looks great that edger in great to and it will be easy on your back
It's a love/hate with the edger. It's bulky but does a great job. And yes, much easier on my back.
WOW - can't believe you slogged thru all that with a push mower - you the man - LOL 😊
Subscribed as you collect the clippings
Great transformation
Thank you Sue!

Good advertisement for the brand of push mower.
That was a LOT of work! Beautiful job!
Thank you.
That was a huge job for a little mower. It looks great now.
Thank you! Oh that poor mower, I had to give it a break for a while. 😄

I love those bags. where do you get them? by the way ni e job
Thanks Vicki. Yeah I just got those bags this year on Amazon. I love them! Very handy and they really hold a lot.
You had $1000 with the value to that house
Dude - that mower is amazing! It takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'. What the heck do you run it on - plutonium...antimatter??
Why not I like to see you sharpen your blade

They couldn’t get the equipment back there so they didn’t mow it lol
Yeah Amanda, I think the SAME thing!!
Sure was a lot of grass.
You need a riding mower
I have one. It didn't fit through the small gate in the fence.
I hope you didn’t twist your ankle.
I actually didn't. It gave me the willy's watching it on video though. Could have been much worse.

Yep I think so. Realtor taking care of me.
Reminds of Michigan with that pretty robin in the back yard ❤ Happy Memorial Day 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
@@niecek.6473 Thank you!. It's Wisconsin so pretty much the same - a lot of Robins up here.
I personally would not be interested in watching a blade on a mower being sharpened.
You're the first to comment on that, thank you!
I wouldn't mind watching it!! 😉 @@UpNorthMowingDude
