How do you trigger the shogun's lines like the one where she tells you to remove the dish from her presence? Is it based on wheter you have finished that archon quest or not?

Im so fucking mad the teapot maintenance had to happen during this event

i hate that my teapot is filled with characters i just wanted to farm friensdhip exp on and shogun was already maxed in september so i just gotta wait an eternity for the last few days to hopefully feed my shogun
or completetly miss out because thanks mihoyo for putting a teapot event together with maintenance , thanks a fucking bunch
Yea same, couldn't believe they wouldn't just push the timing back a bit for the quest since the teapot maintenance ended as soon as this event did
There are some kinda food as does that harm it
