This is absolutely the best thing you can do to stop prevent business break ins. I show you how to break into a commercial door but more importantly, how to stop someone from breaking into your industrial door.
This product will help keep your business safe from burglars. It is the best business security product available and cost less than $100 when professionally installed by a locksmith.
If you're a business owner with a glass aluminum storefront door, you need this one item to burglar proof you business and prevent a business breaking. If you do not use this item, the type of lock you have on your business will not stop a breaking. Even a high security business lock can be broken into easily. Хобби
A lock is to only keep a honest person out
Thief- "My pliers won't work on this lock, some kind of indestructible impenetrable lock guard!"
Smarter Thief- (Takes pliers and breaks glass in door, walks through)
That lock is quite penetrable. A lock only stops crimes of opportunity, a lock collar will stop novice criminals. Semi-experienced criminals know Amazon has a special set of curved pliers that would fit in the gap easily. An experienced criminal will watch the Lockpicking Lawyer and just pick the lock in about 15 seconds, if that. None of them will stop a criminal willing to use brute force.

Thanks for showing me how to break in to local businesses 😂🤦🏽♂️
The idea is to educate local businesses on the cylinder guard so this can't be used to break in. Criminals know. We see it all the time. Thanks for watching. ✌
I don’t think all criminals know, otherwise we don’t see all those thefts in the middle of the day with weapons if they can know how to do this easy way
Im a criminal and I didn't know
@@roberthale9494 I didn't know either.
Breaking the lock does not disengage the alarm
Straightforward, great video
Thanks Thomaz
you can still put a wedge in between the cylinder and cover, spin with plyers and still be able to get inside
CRAZY GLUE IT
EXACTLY CORRECT , THAT IS WHAT WAS MY FIRST THOUGHT ABOUT IT .
I AM A WELDER AND PIPE FITTER .
Thank you. God bless you 🙏
good suggestion ,Thank you for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Great information
I like the Cadillac xLR in the reflection. Business is good at ACME
Which it were mine! :)
Great advice for all locks of this type. 👍🏻
Thanks 👍
Thanks for sharing. I did not even know you could get in that fast. Have a nice day.
He shows all the theifs to
It’s the same as the other one. The only difference this will take you a couple seconds more to rip that cove off and go straight to the lock. Other then that good job!👍🏻
Kevin Spacey is that you😂
The cylinder requires a box attachment a bit bulky but ten more times affective. Sinkhole is better than collar.
A heavy duty plier can bend the torque collar so it will still turn the lock no?
I am a locksmith for over
15 years and
I use those guard as well but unfortunately I still can't put a flat screwdriver inside the cylinder hold it witt tool, twisted and get in, they need to come up with a better solution.
For example long screw that will run in to cylinder. And of course they're going to need spacial cylinder made for that.
how to remove the lock then? i couldnt get mine out cause it was rusty or tight
We bout to make into the bando with this one!
Ditto
So did have to install a new set screw??
But then you can just put a torque pin in the lock itself and turn and it's off still right??
Or a double door tool....or hook the latch..or fog the Rex sensor ....or use a thumb turn flipper
Those are actually very easy to bypass
i heard thief can also slide something flat metal and push the lock hook down. is that wrong info?
Pound a flathead screwdriver in the keyway. Then vice grip the end of the screwdriver and wrench the cylinder out that way. Your in. Only way to stop this is a cover plate that keeps the cylinder from screwing out & protecting the adams rite bolt; a mag lock with a shield covering the thru-bolts so noone can cut the outside mag lock bolts. Vandal proof keypad on the door mullion. Basically means that in order to get in you have to smash the glass.
You can use a very specialized tool to defeat the Adams Rite lock in about 10 seconds Go to covert instruments and buy it for 30 bucks and all this junk to protect the door opening is over too bad they don’t have a pull down protective barrier like they use in the big cities that’s the final protection and a super great alarm system with tons of sirens lights with smoke
@@doorandlocktips the adams rite bypass tool won't work on a mag lock lmfao, did you read what he said? Mag locks can only be defeated electronically
Of course we all know no one would think of breaking the glass.
Most burglars don't want the attention.
Omg this..
Have you seen picking lawyer ytube? Would appreciate info on how to protect my front door that is already keyed by thieves? Also, need solutions for outside storage security? Seems there is no way to lock up that cannot be picked?
Is the backing thin enough to install on existing mortise cylinder or do you have to go up in size?
Should be able to just slap on your existing mortise.
Mortise Cylinder. The lock is in the door.
Seems like the problem lies with the entire mounting of the lock.
Great advice, but couldn't you still just hammer a screw driver into the keyway and twist that to acheive the same effect 👍
But .... Banging a screw driver is louder and bit more noticeable.
If we make the right choices we could force a thief to have to more and more loud in their attempts.
If you, or the screwdriver tip is strong enough to shear 5-7 pins at will, you are sitting on a goldmine.
@@rogerhupp3115 Yeah, but you wouldn't need that kind of force. If look back at the video, he was saying that the defect lies with the mounting of the lock itself 👍
Adams rite set ups very easy to bypass.
To overcome that shield, I’d load a good sized syringe (no needle attached) I’d walk up to the door , and squirt it between the shield and the core.
Come back in ten minutes, and bust out the channel locks. Of course you’d need a timetable, and have your homework done to turn in.
I have a sledge hammer ,,,,,works on everything
Could you squeeze or crimp the guard tight enough, that then you would be able to then grip the mortise lock and unscrew it?
It's very difficult. Even if bent, it will likely slip. There are other ways, to bypass the lock once one of these is installed, but we don't go into them.
Sure we will… you can insert a screwdriver BETWEEN the useless thing and the lock…this will provide the traction you need to unscrew it the same way you would without the useless thing installed. There are other ways, but my head hurts from reading some of the lame comments.
How do I unlock the door with the twerk on it. From outside without the keys
What if a thief uses a truck for a ram raid?
You know a coat hanger with a small hook on the end can open that lock up easily? even lock it back up when you’re done doing what you’re doing lol
Adams-rite have a bad mechanism that you just need to pull a little on and it moves the bolt in the open position… only need 2-3mm opening between the doors
I saw the video where a particular lawyer decided to recklessly release similar information, putting many businesses at risk - because - well - he's a lawyer - 'nough said. But there is an easy way to prevent that attack. We are shooting that video soon. Subscribe so you'll be notified when that video comes out.
@@LocksmithRecommended I learned it 4-5 years ago from my father. He’s a locksmith in Mission BC… it’s why I said coat hanger… cheaper than the tools those guys sell lol
Hope to see the vid up soon
All you have to do is put a wedge in it and it won't spin and you can break it right off
Or you can actually put something that spins on the outside where the cylinders at that he grabbed onto. So that way when you grab it you can't turn it it just continues to spin
Do uou sell these. Can't find them online.
Not for shipping no. Try a local locksmith.
Do you know any security lock brands where I can remotely lock the door from on my phone or some other device? So if I catch someone stealing in store I can lock the doors so they don’t get away
Fire code would prevent you from doing that.
@@LocksmithRecommended But what about the stores who have done that to prevent theirs from getting away? I’m trying to figure out how they did it I will leave some links of the videos

@@LocksmithRecommended The cell phone thief in the last link I sent you, They must’ve locked it remotely right?
Most thief's dont bother they just smash the windows. Or use a core puller
That's a nice add-on, for sure. The "lock picking lawyer" on RUclips has a different method, and it has nothing to do with that collar. It's a rod sort of thing that goes right up between the doors, slips in there, and you pull on it, and the door is open super fast. The people who are going to get that slip collar need to be told about the device sold by lockpicking lawyer. (Last I looked he was out of stock on those.)
I saw that. Very surprised he would publicly post that video. IMO that guy has zero ethics.
@@LocksmithRecommended
Heck I see lots of things that I wonder why people publish them. Looks like they're just giving people a helping hand to Rob stores and stuff.
@@LocksmithRecommended As you said yourself in a previous reply, thieves already know this.
@@LocksmithRecommendedTrue, but lock companies also have zero ethics with wild claims and no one able to call them out on their BS advertising. LPL embarrasses companies and has been the reason for many companies improving and apologizing publicly. He’s also inspired people to make new locks that are actually pick proof or at least require much more time than typical rake methods.
Was the door unlocked when you twisted off the lock??
No. You can see the latched locked in the space between the door and the frame.
@@LocksmithRecommended oh man I will have to get new locks for my doors!
I WONDER HOW MANY BURGLAR'S RUclips BIRTH..
Slide a thin screwdriver between the lock and guard and then turn it will soon open up
Ok so just break the window now !
I believe most thieves don't want to create that much noise. We've been to scores of businesses broken into this way. I can't recall one business I've been to that was broken in through the glass. Of course, that's just been my experience.
Useless door protection if anyone could crush the ring using a hammer a couple of whacks on the ring will crush the ring then you can grab it with a pair of pliers easy!. Best way is to put a dead bolt & lock the door on top & bottom of the door plus security cameras done ✅ 👍
I would say this could work but if sum1 wants to break in they aren’t gonna go as soft as u did on the lock u barley gripped it
*smashes windows and walks through
The thing is, most burglars don't want to make noise. It's always better to get in undetected than it is to smash a window. That's why, except for riots, you don't see windows being smashed in all the time.
@@LocksmithRecommended that may be true, but homeless people that are high on drugs aren’t gonna care they’re gonna smash and grab and leave
Eather this guy committed a Globel crime or this guy saves the world for the future 😐
You think this will stop a determined thief?
Lockpickinglawyer shows on his video how to pick those door faster than you and that device you sell won’t help. Check out his video 1409
I've seen that video. And I show you how to stop it in my video: Locksmith lawyer defeated. ruclips.net/video/lGzu-jXKBiY/видео.html
If you know how this stuff works, that collar isn't going to help. We'll still get in.
Level 2 thief 18v drill
So you showed robbers how to get in…… 😯
I showed businesses how to protect themselves. Bad guys know. Wait until you here about the locksmith lawyer.
Can’t people just smash the glass
Yep. If they wanted to smash and grab, they could. If they want to get in quietly, this is the method you need to stop.
Too bad you scratch the anodizing on the door rail. It would’ve been nicer if you would’ve held your channel locks away from that now you have a permanent viewable Weight of defeating that cylinder for the bad guy good job
Buddy, the storefront is made of glass. Anyone can get in with a fucking brick
You might be surprised but most burglars do not want to draw that much attention to themselves. Get in with no shattered glass, nobody looks for you. Break a big window everybody starts poking around.
1. Don't show them how to get in. 2. That can be heavily gripped with big pliers, probably 2 hands. 3. Your best bet is just reinforcing the whole housing it's in, why does a lock spin freely so easily.
No wonder crime is up this guy, smh lol jp wow
We are showing business owners how to prevent this attack because we see it all the time. Did you not watch until the end? Burglars know how to do this, we see it often. But people with businesses don't think about how to prevent it until it's too late.
why put so much effort to protect a glass door!!! simply break the glass
That attracts attention. Unless you're in the middle of a riot, must burglars don't want attention.
You shouldn't be allowed to put this online.
The part where I tell businesses how to protect themselves? Wait until you learn about the lock picking lawyer.
Lies it’s not that easy, this foo this this to sell that lock thing
🤦
@@LocksmithRecommended I know I know that time I was drinking (water ) and I just had to comment and start an argument but didn’t work that good
I hate bums
Nah it’s still easy to break in theory because you just need to rotate the keyhole with a screwdriver very hard to break the nail that hold the cylinder from rotating
Ps: the ring is pointless because the cylinder can be rotated even tho it’s protected with delusional shield
