Ha way back in the 80s I guess I'm really getting old. Looks like a nice addition to your investment portfolio. Can you do a video on rent collection and tracking for the units that you have under management?
Idea about the paint, if you do purchase the other units would you want to coordinate the colors the same? Awesome you bought more units, cash making machines...
How do you go about finding storage units to buy and is it as simple as calling them up and asking to speak to the owner and seeing if tyl hey would consider selling?
If you want a cheap update to do. Have the parking lot painted black it was $200 back for 1400 sqft it makes is look way better without having to pour new pavement but make them clear coat it or seal it
I made a video where I talked about a "big problem" about needing to find replacement properties after selling the parks. But I'll make a video soon talking about the sale of the parks and why I did it.
With all the recent tornadoes in the area, advertise it as tornado proof since it's block rather than metal
I don't think you would want to advertise that unless it was actually designed as such and you had the documentation in hand.
@Craig Adair good point.
Lol 😂 this was great loved the aggressive delivery because it’s now quite or simple

Haha nah 80s isn't that old :) And yes I'll plan to make a video about that!

That's a good thought! It will probably be several years before I'd have the opportunity to buy the ones next door, but maybe I'll get lucky!

With all these businesses you’re buying, are you mainly doing seller financing? Where they give you the money for the down payment?

I drive by these fairly often!
Hopefully they start to look a little better over the next 12 months!
My guess is $22K on the painting. Have you looked at parking lot restoration? Might need a seal-coat.
I didn't know you sold all your mobile parks. Did you make a video about it?
