A skilled book or document restoration specialist can source the materials to repair your page. A paper of similar type and color to the original will be trimmed to fit using a sharp needle or awl and carefully attached to the original document using a reversible adhesive such as wheat starch paste or methyl cellulose paste. It may also be "Kozo" fibers, used to make a tissue paper often used in paper conservation.
