    2 pounds pork belly cut into 1-1.5"cubes
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 Tbsp oyster sauce
    1 shallot
    4-6 garlic cloves
    1 tsp mushroom/chicken bouillon (optional)
    1 Tbsp oil
    4 Tbsp sugar
    1 (17.5 oz) can coconut juice/water
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup fish sauce
    1 tsp black pepper (optional)
    6 hard boiled eggs

    Love the special sound effects . Cute 😊Sometimes I cant find s nice pork belly in Asian market.. where did you buy your at ? Looks so fresh and nice balance of meat and fat ,

      Thank you Katherine! I usually buy mine at Asian markets. I have to look around at multiple locations because sometimes the cuts are too fatty for my liking. Also, H-Mart has good pork belly but a bit expensive.
