Tom I know for a fact. My wife can speak english very well.. And she does not understand the meaning of all the words.. One word I can think of.. A lady's handbag.. Now in new england.. It can be called several words.. Like pocket book.. You're purse.. She has no idea what they are.. Now she does because she.. Has lived with me for 6 years.. Don't even get into shoulder bag or clutch bags. Have you ever looked at a bible.. Written in Tagalog ? If you look up the same text in an english version.. There will be about 30% Less words.
