I love that shape and size of that knife.. You are calling it a kitchen knife but I am almost envisioning a perfect skinning knife it the tip and body was worked a bit to a rounder profile. Awesome work

Lovely work looks sweet. Probably been asked a zillion times but why does your tool rest (belt grinder) have a slot in?
I imagine it will but will that 300 edge you were showing cut paper, shave?
Just to “address” it. I’ve been using this knife for a while now. I need new granite counter tops. And cutting boards.
You have a bad place on the blade so it stops cutting...please address that!
