New from Honda, I would say no. Honda are pretty good for spare parts but not the full unit, unless there is one in a dealership somewhere. But you do have options as the 400 and 650 are a straight swap, and the ntv 600 engine is too, just need to change the drive shaft. The ntv 650 and 700 are a little different

I may have missed it but what exactly is the engine out of?
This is 1988 nt400 engine. See my other videos. The oil pump snapped in half and engine destroyed itself
