100% should check out Lucid by Polaris!! If you don’t know Polaris there a Metalcore band from Sydney Australia and there killing the game at the moment!! There doing so many amazing things off of there debut album “The Mortal Coil” supporting bands like Architects and Parkway Drive!! You guys will love them I’m sure Keep up the great stuff dudes
Think I've suggested this track a few times now, we can't stop until they check it out! Polaris are one of my favourite bands at the minute and they deserve so much more notoriety!
I’ve requested Lucid and The Remedy a couple times too. A full album reaction from one or both of them would not go awry either. Not to mention Polaris are supporting Architects in January in the UK!!
Metal: Old Good Stuff WSS: Hurricane, 4 Walls, Silence Speaks (with Oli Sykes from BMTH) Fever 333 - Burn it (New uprising metal band with Hip Hop Influences) Architects - The seventh Circle Attila - Pizza (really funny video) Motionless in White - 570, Eternally Yours, Devils Night Pierce the Veil - King for a Day, Bulls in the Bronx
Kid Cudi - Ghost! Kid Cudi - Mr. Rager KIDS SEE GHOSTS - Reborn, off the latest Kanye and Cudi collab tape If y'all enjoy Travis Scott then go ahead and react to some more Kid Cudi whom Travis actually named himself after (Cudi's birth name, Scott Mescudi), that's his biggest inspiration after all. Cudi and Kanye where the ones who revolutionized hip hop/pop music in the late 2000s, what hip hop is today is largely thanks to those two. They pushed the sounds and culture forward.
While She Sleeps - Seven Hills While She Sleeps - This Is The Six While She Sleeps - Our Courage, Our Cancer Black Peaks - Say You Will Counterparts - Bouquet Polaris - The Remedy Polaris - Lucid Stray From The Path - First World Problem Child Northlane - Transcending Dimension Northlane - Colourwave Northlane - Quantum Flux Northlane - Vultures Northlane - Dispossession Erra - Irreversible
I haven't listened to Metal in a long time and I'm a Hiphop fan but that song is brilliant. It changes up a lot and is unpredictable enough to keep me interested. Great reaction, great suggestion, it's going on my phone.
If you want some suggestions for relatively recent metalcore songs: Currents - Into Despair Crystal Lake - Apollo Veil of Maya - Overthrow Something else but a very unique tune: Silent Planet - Panic Room
Make Them Suffer - Fireworks Polaris - Consume Polaris- Lucid Pridelands- Any Colour You Desire Bad Omens- Careful What You wish For Silent Planet- Visible Unseen Fit For A King- The Price Of Agony
React to: Kanye West - Devil In A New Dress (feat. Rick Ross) Trippie Redd - Topanga Lupe Fiasco - Madonna (And Other Mothers In The Hood) (feat. Nikki Jean) Kanye West - Blood On The Leaves Kendrick Lamar - HiiiPower The Weeknd - Wicked Games Big K.R.I.T. - Mt. Olympus
While She Sleeps are a top notch band as well btw, SUPER excited for their new album and you should definitely check out their last album "You Are We" Prob my favorite record of theirs! :)
So it seems like you guys have taken a liking to the Metalcore genre and the different sounds it has to offer! Totally understand they can start to sound the same but as a longtime Metalcore lover I GOT you. Asking Alexandria. Anything from their second album is gold. You guys LOVED ABR definitely would watch more. Atilla would make you guys laugh. More Beartooth! Blessthefall, any single from the Hollow bodies album is a banger! I have so many more suggestions, would love to jam out to some more metal with you guys!
Polaris is a band to check out. I recently came across a band called immerse with their very good debut album. Beartooths new album was great. Ice nine kills new album was great. There’s been a lot of good metal I’ve come across in 2018
Some of my favourite metal tracks of 2018: Judas Priest - Firepower At The Gates - To Drink From The Night Itself Rivers Of Nihil - A Home Powerwolf - Demon's Are A Girls Best Friend Parkway Drive - Wishing Wells
Love your channel guys! I'm a metalhead and always love to see other metalheads' perspectives. Here are some suggestions of new music out there that I think you should check out: The Plot In You - Feel Nothing Sylar - All Or Nothing Polyphia - G.O.A.T Knocked Loose - Deadringer All That Remains - Everything's Wrong
For huge radio ready rock with an edge, My Disguise by Currents is kind of insane. My Diligent Future has a pretty wicked track featuring the dude from CyHra (ex-In Flames). And just released today, Astronoid has an absolutely massive 9 song release (it's sort of their thing). Biggest, fullest, most relentless rock out there. It's really in a league all by itself: dreamy, thrashy overtures, thubderous drum lines, and a soaring, almost ethereal vocal. They're the first band in a while where I have listened to them and dared mot sing along. They are just that damn good.
Kid Cudi - Mr Rager Kid Cudi - Immortal Travis Scott - Skyfall Greeta Van Fleet - Talk on the Street Dark Stares - Liquid Reign Ash Riser- You know Im no Good The Weeknd - Wicked Games 6lack - Cutting Ties Tory Lanez - Proud Family
Well then if you want new, heavy, innovative and incredibly powerful metal as this one you absolutely need to check out *Crystal Lake!* Choose any of these three (in chronological order): PROMETHEUS / OMEGA / APOLLO (their best maybe)
Currents - Into Despair (new song) Polaris - Dusk To Day, Lucid, The Remedy Silent Planet just dropped a new album aswell hit those guys up Fit For A King too literally 4 of the current kings of metalcore
If you guys like While She Sleeps and Architects, then you really need to check out a band called Novelists, either The Light, The Fire or Lead The Light!
React to Kendrick Lamar - Alright (Music Video) It was a prominent song with protesters against social injustice, police brutality and Donald Trump. After it's release it was associated with black lives matter, other youth led protesters. It resembled Marvin Gaye's "What's Going On", a song that tackled the issues of it's time. Both "What's Going On" and "Alright" similarly became anthems.
Silent Planet - Share The Body Really good metalcore band, dropped a banger of an album a week before Architects. They always have very well-written lyrics, and this song may be their strongest lyrically to date.
This track reminds me a lot of Powerman 5000 stuff back in the later 00's. They are a great band, led by Rob Zombie's brother. Definitely think you should check em out.
I’m curious to see you guys to react to Neurotic November, I’m not well versed in metal and I never hear anyone talk about them. Love to hear your opinion! Keep up the great work👏🏾
Love this track, love this music video, and love this positive reaction! But yeah, more metal please, boiis! \m/ [Polaris, Currents, Awake The Dreamer, Thy Art's new single etc etc.]
i‘m a bit late but for the next time you can make the audio quality better, not just out the laptop... But thx for this great Reacton! i leave a sub🤘🏼🔥
Might not be your style of metal but I absolutely love them... try reacting to Amaranthe please. Their latest album Helix came out about a month ago and I have had it on repeat ever since.
Vektor - Tetrastructural Minds would be such a good reaction, some elements of thrash that I think would appeal to you guys but also something a bit different love the vids anyway x
Also you guys should check out Zeal & Ardor, one of the most interesting metal bands up and coming ATM. A really unique blend of slave soul, gospel and black metal. Pretty accessible too
Another great “metal” track I think you guys would like is Between The Devil And The Deep Blue Sea by Outline In Color! If you guys haven’t reacted to it yet, Stranded by Gojira is another great song! Awesome video as usual guys! 🔥👊
Waaaaaiiiiiiit a minute. I've just thought of the perfect band for you guys to react to. Maximum the Hormone! Japanese metal band, amazing - go for Bu-ikikaesu, Tsume Tsume Tsume or Yoko Fushuku.
This is a proper headbanger, can't wait for the album. If yous want something more like this, you desperately need to check out a band called bleed from within - afterlife (song) its fuckin amazing!!
The new Silent Planet album exceeds Holy Hell imo. You should give "Share the Body" or "Afterdusk" a shot... I can assure you that you will not regret it.
(moar:) (New) Fit For A King - Price of Agony, Tower of Pain, When everything means nothing Breakdown Of Sanity - Chapters, Reckless, Bulletproof, Hero Everytime I Die - Decaying with the boys, Map Change
I think you guys would love Rise of the Northstar (if you haven't heard of them already) - Try "Here comes the boom" and feel the fire! Japanese-influenced French metal rap band (with sick breakdowns)
Do yourselves a massive favour and watch A match made in heaven - architects, or some more Parkway Drive or if you want stuff like exactly that : Four Walls, You are we, seven hills by while she sleeps
Listen to Hurricane, You are We, and silence speaks by While She Sleeps! Also try Wage War, Dance Gavin Dance, Kublai Khan, silent planet and listen to Ghosts/Martyr by August Burns Red and Hereafter/ Holy Hell by Architects!
Steal The Sun is WSS' best newer stuff in my opinion. The other ones are good dont get me wrong, but Steal The Sun blew my mind. I haven't been that excited about a metal song in a long time
May not be MASSIVELY similar, but here's a pretty heavy piece which blends a lot of genres together (Metal, Rap, Reggae, etc) Also not really new either, but it's only the last 2-3 years. Fire From The Gods - Excuse Me ruclips.net/video/F3wMPkrz3Jw/видео.html
While She Sleeps did a song called Silence with Oli Sykes about a year ago, so it was interesting to hear your comparisons to BMTH
that song is amazing
I was gonna say the same, as Oli is heavy in that song!
Their last album was UNBELIEVABLY good. Check out you are we. Best sleeps album to date.
True, wasn't a fan, but their last album really made me a fan boy
You Are We and Feel from their last album have the most epic breakdowns of 2017
Quinn empire of silence is dope as well
Quinn this is the first time I've ever heard them and in parts it sounds like an Architects b side
@@charliesmith4951 This song in particular, Loz sounds very architects-y. Almost all their other stuff sounds totally different tho.
100% should check out Lucid by Polaris!! If you don’t know Polaris there a Metalcore band from Sydney Australia and there killing the game at the moment!! There doing so many amazing things off of there debut album “The Mortal Coil” supporting bands like Architects and Parkway Drive!! You guys will love them I’m sure
