I like how chat is spamming "Sseth wannabe" and "sounds like Barny". Uber has been friends with them before he started making these WoW videos, of course they give and take from each other, lol.
They're not just friend, in 2016 Sseth live in Denmark with him. No idea if they still live close by.

You get to put a lot more thought and quality into video humor than streams. Streaming is awesome but a lot of creators are just far more comfortable with a format that lets them iterate through things before they release them.

10:10 I was where you are describing when my friend, who was hosting the server I had been playing on, used his mod privileges to level himself(get flying mount, etc) and pvp me a bunch of times. I rage quit and have never played wow since.

Next day, logging in, playing 19 hrs, repeating the same routine everyday.

back in day I remember this one Mauradon run were it took us 3 hours ( yes 3 real world hours) to beat that dungeon, it was all our first time except the tank and bless his heart for staying with us to teach us. I miss those days.

You have to make sure you are careful when you sound upset friends had to cancel plans. As a bit of a loner myself people will amend plans to just hang out with one person. So you need to be disappointed but throw in the caveat that, well I had some other issue that I need to take care of. That way they don't get to throw that invite out there or if they do they are sort of imposing now.

Reminds of an experience I had back in the day. Be a Orc Huntard, irl friend plays affliction Lock. We’re kill questing just west outside of Barren. Dude thinks he’s so much better than me. He’s using an imp for some reason and running right into the mobs aggroing everything. He keeps dying, where as I am using aspect of the cheetah to run away when he dies. Eventually he says “if you don’t die w/ me I’m not playing with you anymore!”. So I unparty and find a good guild to lvl with. BC comes out and I’m lvl 60 while he’s quite ages ago cuz “the game cheats” lol

Ik this has no place here and I cant help but remember how destiny 2 comp grind is shitty and painful.... 4 fucking days and hours of losing and wining to slowly edge up to get to legend...

I am surprised I kept my partner through all this time. I put off having family, having kids, getting a job, getting education, getting my own place... I was a no-lifer with a game addiction. After I got a job, I moved to another country. A year later, me and my partner who has been with me for the 18 years bought a house together. I can say life is good. I miss no-lifing sometimes, but I come from work and I play WoW still. It's possible to enjoy it in moderate amounts. Obviously there are restrictions- raid times don't always fit my schedule and I have other things I have to do- like taking care for my man, keeping the house in check and actually going out few times a month to just enjoy the weather- but I am not getting younger and I don't feel like I want any game to take over my life to the point there is nothing else to my life BUT that game. I don't regret the experience I had. I met loads of good people in WoW and I have polished my language and people skills to the point I feel comfortable using them in public. WoW gave me a lot but it also took a lot. Great game, interesting communities, crazy moment, tears and joy.
