While it wasn’t really a fight, escanor struck drole with a very powerful attack and then fainted. Drole did recover, got back up and continued fighting. Although the fight was at night, but not everything in a rap is true.

Escanor is one of my favorite top 5 characters on the "good side" of all anime and estarossa is easily one of my top 7 characters on the "evil/bad side" of all anime
During an episode escanor goes all "sun mode" DURING THE NIGHT!, but after launching a few attacks escanor goes back to night form, so idk.
It was during the festival episode escape entered his midnight sun mode which is as strong as his mid morning form

To be fair, Escanor decided to end this farce of the tournament and aimed at Drole and Gloxinia, allowing Meliodas to attack.
Unfortunately it brought attention to all remaining Ten Commandments minus Galand.
The reason season 3 sucks is because the original studio dropped sds after the movie flopped on Japan, and the new studio had to rush to get it out on time
