honestly I have bashed you two and a good number of avicii remakers (cough* cough* Juonne cough* cough*) and all the really good remakers in general for a long time, and Im sorry for that (for the most part), but this remake is insanely good. Of all the avicii IDs ive remade, I was never able to get this ID to such magnificence. Mad Respect.
not everything i make is going to be perfect, my older remakes suck compared to this one for example, but back then that was the best i could do, and now so is this one (in terms of remakes at least). people get better at things the more they do them, but not everything will be top notch. i don't even make remakes as a main thing, it's a side project for me, so sometimes there is bound to be imperfections i guess.

Avicii sampled the kick from axwell's hometown glory remix back in the day, but since the vocal is on the kick he couldn't get it entirely clean, if you listen to the intro of silhouettes or outro of levels you can hear it really clearly, i think it adds a tiny bit of character even if it is imperfect

the only real issues in the remake is the phaser at the drop, but im just mindblown by the quality of this specific one.
@@zer1c-c2p the phaser feels impossible to get right hahaha, we tried to match the exact curve as well as possible
