He was not only one of the best trash metal vocalist in modern era. He was also a lightower of understanding and bringing people together and having respect for diversity, he backed and supported trans peoples rights in Texas for instance, a person to remember for sure.

Can't express how happy I am finding this band this year & getting into "Nightmare Logic". I'm 40 & been into metal/hardcore/punk since the early 90s. Thai band makes me feel like when I was 13 & first got into Metallica/Slayer/Pantera/Cro Mags, the list goes on. Really gets me going for everyday life & gave me a fresh perspective on heavy music again. TY Power Trip for the great music!

I'm glad this dude actually tries to be optimistic and happy, in a culture where we have all these 'trvv' metalheads who seem to try to be edgy and dark and negative, and there's too much of that BS in a world that's already bleak and negative and i'm glad these guys try to break that mold, at least ideologically
Power Trip's Nightmare Logic is one of the best thrash metal albums of the 21st Century, lyrically it plays such a massive comentery on society today and the world and deals with so much shit in this word and musically its some of the freshest most intense stuff I have heard in years. And this dude seems so down to earth and genuine

Was looking forward to a post corona power trip show in the future. Really would of hit the spot and brought back that great old days shows feeling for me, especially after the retirement of Slayer. Nightmare logic is one of the best thrash albums to come out in a very very long time. I listened to that album for a month straight after I bought it, Just 2 months before Riley's death. Such a blow to the metal community & will be a sad realization for those just discovering them.

I think you should check out and give your thoughts on "De La Tierra." its Andreas Kisser's second band aside from Sepultura. Its a Spanish metal all star band and I think you should review it. Its a nice blend between hard Rock and death metal. Check it out guys. Its badass I promise

metalheads haven't tried to be dark and edgy for about 10 years now. Modern ones are all goofy and geeky more than anything.
