I need some kind of video like this for SV hunter, just bc i love it xd. I am 473 ilvl and in Heroic doing more damage than (some) Demo locks, rogues and warriors
I still need to use my 70 boost. Just got back into wow since halfway through SL. I don't raid and more casual as at any moment I might need to get up and afk on the spot and was looking at rogue to boost. I have a 70 druid (just leveled it there so it's still weak) but was looking at boosting rogue, priest, mage, dk, or enhancement sham and wondering which one is the easier to just get going? Which rogue spec is the easiest that doesn't need a zillion buttons to play? Most of the classes I'm still set to playing vanilla/tbc/wotlk before all the new shit with classes happened lol
If you want a more casual and still be able to put out some dmg, maybe try another one, cuz rogue is not as forgiving as other classes (at least combat and sub, didnt play assa yet)
mage or DK is easiest to get up and running...all the DK specs have a decent skill ceiling but a really forgiving skill floor, especially frost DK. I'm maining enhancement shaman as a CE raider right now and i would not recommend it to someone just coming back. It requires you to have total command of your class and spec to know which procs to hit when. If you do it all perfect, you will out DPS almost anyone, but if you mess up you will drop instantly to like bottom third of the DPS meter with no explanation for why. It's very momentum-based.
I've been playing sub but I don't get it lol. You try to stack cooldowns before certain attacks? I feel like there's higher tiers of class understandings in wow that I just don't see.
mostly once your buffs proc / line up.. you go power attacks. the rest is about utilizing your cooldowns so you use them in proper succession when buffed.. and resetting cooldowns with vanish.
I think they need to update the animations man watching an undead sub rogue fight a raid boss just looks wrong. Not very exciting. When you play enhance or feral or DH or Dk it’s like wtf is this rogue even doing
Mained Sub (kind of had to) the first 2 patches of this xpac. I haven't touched it since the rework. Good to know its decent although personally im not a big fan of it not having any reason to want haste. Hell, my assassination rogue has gotten to the point where im chanting haste (sims say i should anyway) even though its considered the 3rd best stat
Brother, the rogue specs are GCD locked anyway. All the haste does is increase energy regen and tick rate of poisons and bleeds and stuff. Why tf does it matter that you want SOME haste if it doesn't change anything for you? It's like disliking Mastery 'cause it increases your finisher damage or vers 'cause it just increases your damage.
I kind of agree, especially because Sub was pretty good in everything: raid, low-target AoE, mass AoE etc, and it's always nice to play a spec that is based around CDR, because it means you don't hold CDs and you can just send whenever it's needed. Now, Sub is a lot more feast or famine, Shadowdust is complicated (do you use it as your CDs are down or do you hold because you're running between packs anyway and a million other considerations you have to make around a 30-second CDR ability in a context as dynamic as M+) and something you have to constantly monitor, and Black Powder sucks dick, so Sub is only good in M+ on bosses or mass AoE, and there are periods where you literally have nothing up, everything costs more Energy, and you're just waiting for things to come off CD (which I personally don't really like, which is why I usually gravitate towards lower CD and/or CDR specs). With that said, while I don't really dig what they did with Sub overall, it feels pretty good in raid at least. Shadowdust gives the spec a decent bit of flexibility, and getting CP refunds with Shadowcraft is a fun mechanic (especially if you attach a WeakAura to it that plays a loud gunshot every time it happens).
It's literally top half on every single raid fight except for Council of Dreams, and top 3 on 5 of them (which is more than half the raid) and top 4 on Tindral, which is really close, meaning Sub is a top 4 spec...on 6 out of 9 fights. Saying "generally it's garbage" in relation to the raid is fuckin' idiotic. It does kinda suck in M+ though. It does really well on bosses and really well on mass AoE, but for small pull pugs, it's ass.
#1 spec to get uninvited from a Group atm
ah, the story never ends :D
Have you heard of shadow priest 😂
What about ww?
Rogues are good in general it seems :)
Thank you!
i switched fully to sub for raiding. love it
Come oooon I just got my 4set piece bonus and would rush to higher m+ with my assa... Now you made me want to play sub!
Is outlaw coming next?
why no talents import code :(

Sub rogue plays like a more forgiving melee arcane mage, it’s absolutely brilliant feeling
This is so accurate
more forgiving? I'd say as much even more. You go from orange parse to grey in a blink of an eye if you miss your cd pull rotation an inch
@@FatRogSlim mess up a radiant spark touch of the magi window it’s the same story except you have to manage cast times rather than range
Sounds like... there need to come guides 😂❤
a few more on the way!
@@MarcelianOnline yay finally classguides
this aged well xD

Subtlety hits like a truck.
In 4 weeks now i havent seen a sub rogue :)))
Why is so good looool😂…. Is always good always the only class that is always good
What F tir on sub then ?
LOL sub is so BAD!!!! If you are basing dps on Smolderon for the buff dmg ST... Lets assassins' or frost mage tell you their dmg.
good ST dogshith aoe, back to sin/outlaw

AINTNOWAY lily bro doesn't like a spec because of a stat it doesn't need ahahahahahahaha
It's like people forgot that sub was S- or borderline S-tier this whole expansion.
sooo good in raid, and so sh!t in m+
Not a Real Spec???????
IDK man sub definitely felt better last season and feels slower this one sadly
Could be, I am not opposed to slower specs!
i played sub whole expansion but this patch i dont like it at all and rerolled to a war xD

2nd
I loved sub, but cant stand the dance macabre mechanic
It's good on some raid fights but generally it's garbage. It's terrible in m+ compared to the other rogue specs.

The thing is this guy doesnt actually say anything.... He spends most of the video repeating hype words. You are not providing me value
I'm sure you and the 3 people that liked your comment will be fine. There are thousands of other videos you can watch.

@@zackimus You ever think some videos are actually trash and need to be told so?
